Psychology was my gateway into Spirituality. Psychology is the link that binds us all, it shows that we are all one. Anyone that studies Psychology closely enough will notice that we are the same but just different in expression/degree/emphasis. I had a desire a couple of years earlier of trying to figure out how to resolve conflicts peacefully but at the same time optimally and came across this book written by FBI Negotiator Chris Voss entitled " Never Split The Difference." This book is a paradigm changing book, it is because of this book that I was able to enter Spirituality and get by the video that was my gateway video "Everyone Acts From Good Intentions." That video at the time was a tough video for me to accept but I was only able to do it because I had previously read this book and it clicked. This books shows you that everyone basically just wants love, doesn't matter if they are a terrorist who took a hostage, or some petty criminal they all want love. This love they want comes in the form of respect for their sovereignty, and you make this connection by confirming their perspective was understood, not presenting a question in a way that makes it seem like you are trying to trap them, and presenting your imperfections in a straightforward humble manner. These actions generate trust, and get the person to see themselves in you and cooperate. The first technique I will share with you is called the Accusations Audit. This is basically bringing up the negative assumptions you believe the person may think about you to their attention. This communicates you understand their perspective, and you care about how things can impact them and are not trying to hide anything. The most important thing in communication is developing trust and a connection and this technique does both. The entire book teaches you how to keep your focus on the other person and not on yourself. You know how Leo says the best advice is counter-intuitive? Well this is an example. I'll post more about this book later.

We all know how important non-verbal communication is....the smile, the smirk, the tone, the crossed arms, the look away, the wink. You could call these social or communication modifiers that communicate to you how to interpret what is verbally being stated. Then text chat enters the fray and outside of emoticons you don't have that. Additionally emoticons can be used deceptively whereas it takes more effort and emotional restraint to fake non-verbal communication no such barrier exists with text. One interesting thing I have noticed about others (including myself) is we do a terrible job of trying to understand a person's perspective and are usually responding to the assumptions that we have about their position or perspective after the first few words. There are even times in your life you may be able to point to where you argued with someone or debated with someone who actually agreed with you. It's ironic that this issue exists and it causes a lot of confusion, even more once you communicate something the interpretation of what you said can be swung a myriad of ways. I say all this to say, we all must practice more patience (I know I need too) or at least respond only when we believe we have a better grasp of what someone is saying. I vowed to myself to be more patient and seek to understand first BEFORE being understood. There is a really good book that presents techniques in negotiation that use this as the aim it's called Never Split The Difference. Its a book on Amazon written by a FBI Negotiator that presents the premise that seeking to understand someone actually gets them to open up and listen and agree with you. https://www.amazon.com/Never-Split-Difference-audiobook/dp/B01COR1GM2 With Text Chat you are basically arguing with yourself (I don't mean this in the absolute sense I mean this in the relative sense) because you don't have access to the non verbal communication signals available as emoticons can be used to be deceptive. This means you are left with words on a screen and your projection (internal beliefs about the topic and presenter) being the main stay of your experience. Without the nonverbals the interpretation of the message is entirely based on your own assumptions and so watching how others respond to what you write can give you a nice peek into their inner world, just as much as they get a glimpse at yours whenever you write something up.

While I don't agree with his political decision his point is the point I have consistently been saying. The Democrats are losing because they do not support the working class. Historically they did, but over time they started focusing mainly on the professional class, they became elitist in a similar vein to the Republicans. Majority of Americans are neither rich (Republicans appeal to them) or Professional Class (Democrats appeal to them) so as a result the majority of America is not being represented by either parties. The problem is the Democrats advertise themselves as the party for the people which is a blatant lie. As a result this creates a lot of anger in people because they would rather deal with the devil they know (someone who is directly disingenuous) than someone who tries to appear to be in favor of supporting you but is really dealing in bad faith. Again I don't agree with his decision but many former Democratic Voters and Independent Voters voted for Republicans because of this. The Democrats are expected to be the good guys, and they have failed to live up to that standard. The Republicans are like the enemy in plain sight. The Democrats are like spies, where some are on your side but some are double spies.

Exactly you get it!!! I'm so glad you see!!! Its like fast forwarding through a movie of your life with all the feelings still there. In normal life we get a nice buildup, a psychedelic just puts you there and is like DEAL WITH IT. LOL. What is so amazing is....the psychedelic is YOU so its really just YOU developing yourself!!! A large part of what is considered mental illness is just spirituality. For example if I gave you deep mystical experiences of the level of a Zen Master and you couldn't handle it, if you went to a hospital they would diagnose you with psychosis. I believe if we stop assuming the materialist paradigm and look at things with an open mind we would find that all issues stem from issues with ego. Your ego is your filter from the paranormal. This is what psychedelics reveal. Your exposure to the paranormal is just ego distortion. The true nature of reality is bleeding into you in bits of pieces and that is what you are experiencing. If you told any medical trained professional they would diagnose you psychosis. I've never denied what is happening to you, I have denied you being cursed. What you describe isn't a curse, its just spiritual effects that are actually normal in the spiritual community. Its your interpretation of it as a curse that you are suffering. If you really want it to stop you can commit yourself to a psyche ward. Majority of the medicine they can give you can vanish most of those effects. I've gone through similar experiences and it felt like a curse, but I intellectually knew it wasn't. Its not a curse, you are just not able to deal with it. If you were trained in the art of meditation you would have no problem.

Its the loss of identification with the ultimate attachment which is the attachment with your body and what the body symbolizes. It symbolizes what you are. Exactly but even though everything you said is true, it won't stop me from trying lol. I can't wait to experience going Infinity, I will then write as much as I can about it, even though I know it will never be it. Isn't that so cool? Bias, is stability. Bias is order, Bias is organization, Bias is memory, Bias is limit, Bias is perspective, Bias is separation, Bias is illusion, Bias is deception, Bias is your life. To live is to be biased, you cannot live without bias. Bias is what maintains your life, and the genius behind it is profound. Through Bias you are able to experience the physical world, you get to experience the contrast of your bias against that of other biases. All your life is a rediscovery of what you are, a being with no bias, no form, no limit, no perspective, no separation, no memory, no organization, no order, no stability, just everything/nothing. Bias gives you a filter to experience absolute infinity, and this bias is your life. We mistake this bias as what we are, which is why death is so frightful to the ego the bias that you are. Death is just the annihilation of your bias, a return to what you are. But what you are, you never left, you never stopped, you merely dreamt a dream of a bias, of being a particular way. Many people get mad at me in the past when I would say things such as mental illness does not exist, they really do not understand. Everything is mind, right now any limitation you have as a bias is an illusion. If you were to drop your bias, you would realize this. If the true nature of reality is unlimited, then how can you believe that any limitation actually exists...it doesn't only the perception of limitation exists not the actuality. Example: Superman can dream a deep dream that he cannot fly. He could be lost in his dream so deep that it feels real. But within that dream he could awaken to what he is truly capable of, and realize he is just caught in a dream and his true nature is Superman. What you are is beyond Superman, but you are also in a dream. As that which is without limit you could dream whatever you want. Your life right now was chosen by God to be experienced as a bias, if you cannot realize how amazing that is right now in the present moment....your life is one aspect of absolute infinity, for that to be the case your life HAS to be perfect. If an infinite intelligence chose your specific form, perspective, life conditions, and events then that means your life is the greatest possible opportunity and experience that can ever be lived. God must hide its glory from itself, so God can experience itself. But God's glory is so wonderful that eventually God seeks to find itself and starts a path for the truth. You are not understanding...you really don't get it. I'll see if I can help. 1. You are in a dream. What is a dream made of? Whatever answer you get is the answer to what is nothing. 2. What is Infinity? Watch this and really try to do the visualization...you may start to understand. It is freaking ridiculous! 3. All labels, laws of physics, finitude etc are imaginary. The true nature of reality is nothing, and infinity. But for infinity to exist it has to also include finitude so finitude also exists. 4. The reason a possibility exists because every possibility that can ever exist, literally sits on top of everything. When you hold a cup in your hand, it is both empty and full at the same time. That is how reality accounts for creating possibility. Time doesn't exist, time is just how you live possibility. You experience everything in a linear format but Infinity is NOT restricted by time. 5. Lastly you cannot logically grasp or understand Infinity, because you cannot conceptualize it. Watching this video will prove it to you. Be honest and humble and admit this to yourself. 6. Infinity is YOU, you are that which cannot be grasped.

You really do not understand. It's literally called Derealization. The belief that everything is fake. Fearing things are fake is fear of the truth because everything is fake. True Fear is the belief that you are finite, which is still fear of truth, because when you face death you realize you cannot die. The reason God put fear into the design of life is to trick itself. So all fear is just avoidance of absolute truth. Its rather simple. Its plain its obvious. The fact that you are debating this is literally proof right now of this fact. Your whole life is just a controlled well made hallucination. All fear stems from waking up and realizing this.

Its your life so I won't tell you what to do, but this doesn't solve the problem. We all will eventually get old, if you cannot love your look, when you get old you will suffer immensely. This isn't a physical issue its an acceptance of your beauty. You are way too hard on yourself.

Yeah I know the Spiritual Path is the acceptance of what is, radical acceptance of what is. You are trying to reach Infinity both in experience, and embodiment. The true recognition of oneness transcends all maps, and logic. You become a Super Conductor as Leo has stated in the past. No resistance to impurities, you just flow effortlessly. We reach these peak states every now and then, we call it being in the zone in sports, flow in other pursuits. It becomes your default state when you reach the highest level. Its definitely worth it.

Thanks the funny thing is that Ox Video I prejudged it by the title and never watched it. I had remembered on a way earlier video when you talked about a retreat you went on (before you had your true awakenings) you mentioned seeing a glimpse while looking out into a field and how the Teacher you told it too said you only saw the tail of the Ox. I never really resonated with the whole map of the Ox Herding thing so I kept not watching the video...then today it showed up in my feed and I felt a pull to check it out.
