I listen to audiobooks 90% of the time, when something important i take note other wise i might repeat the book 2nd or third time while cleaning working cooking traveling etc, just so i can get high value from great books, sometime i only listen to small portion of the book and drop it or half of it

I wanted to comment on this post long time ago, i tried going no caffeine i tried green tea ( i dont have matcha yet ) i tried few different caffeine sources,i mostly intake dark Nescafe when i need caffeine I never tried decaf coffee but i went no caffeine for more than 100 days i think diking coffee everyday is very destructive, i lived great life without caffeine but i realized that i can leverage caffeine 3-4 times a week or when i really need it when i wake up having no energy just so i can be productive quieting caffeine is like quieting any addiction for most people withdrawal syndrome will come out and it sucks also i can substitute the effect of caffeine with morning yoga and walks + some type of meditation that energize my mornings I think taking any caffeine but with cation (+ not everyday) is better than taking zero caffeine, but also when i cleared the system taking small amount of coffee can make me super alert so i have to be careful and only take small amount Now i workout or Walk and meditate in the morning some days with caffeine other without Btw i just need to mention one more point, the problem with caffeine that it has half life of about 4 hours, this is a very insightful video on that, how that can effect our sleep, this topic is much more complicated that just cutting caffeine and we can chose to use or nor to use it according to our needs and wants
