  1. James Swartz is great because of this distinction on his teachings. He is not the same as Neo-Advaita teachers that neglect the relative world. If you're running away from "physical reality", there's something to investigate/contemplate.
  2. If you think you can live on a spiritual bubble where brains doesn't exist, you're wrong. This is one of the main traps of spiritual people: neglect relative reality assuming that what is real is only the absolute. You need to pee, eat, fuck and use your brain everyday. Embrace the relative world, your brain, body the same way you embrace the absolute.

  14. Yeah, you need to create the experience of the principles itself. Ralston's books are dense but extremely worth reading. You'll get a completely unique view of reality/experience. Zen Body Being is a piece of art.
