We have to make this distinction. We have understanding levels, like a spectrum from superficial understanding to deep embodied belly understanding. The knowledge burns on your belly. You feel it, you are it. That's why people read 200 self-help books but nothing really changes. We have to pursue a deep understanding that burns your old self. I hope @Leo Gura new course can facilitate ourselves on this path.

I'm not enlightened either. I get some direct consciousness "experiences". I don't even know when could I consider myself enlightened. Levels, Models, Language are useless regarding enlightenment. But YOU know that some enlightenment experiences are more deep than others.

Actually, Levels of Enlightenment are real. Building a model around that is useless but it exists. It's better saying about enlightenment quality/depth. All of them are valuable but some are more profund or sticks with yourself in deeper levels.

Curious to see what is coming. I'm reading again TBONK. Going deeper on consciousness, insight, enlightenment, concept x experience, deep transformation, understanding.

I've seen a post on IG where a guy talks about men feeling that they need to be financially stable/independent to give themselves the right to date, feel love or having a serious relationship. Being honest, I resonate with that statement. Do you guys feel the same? Like, you feel shame because you are not achieving the masculine ideal of society.

Right. I'm working on that, thanks Leo. I grew up as a nice guy, trying to get good grades, impressing mom, you know the script.. Pickup helped me a lot but I will go to the root cause. Thanks to all of you that wrote beautiful words. You deserve the best!!!

I'm finding new ways to self-actualize. I don't want to be only on the spiritual/intelectual path (yoga, meditation, contemplation, journaling, books, podcasts, courses). What are you humans doing? I'm thinking about traveling, sports, dancing, making art, cooking, fighting, playing games, tantra.

Contemplation is a powerful tool.
