If you are doing what PUAs call daygame, you do not need money to ask for a girls number. Of course, time is essential.

Critical thinking is a essential skill to learn. Are they making questions?

😉 Addiction comes from not-knowing what you want, what you are, what you really love, how you want to spend your time, who you really admire. Pleasure becomes a kind of anesthesia.

Asking advice is conformity.

Sure, this is a great complementary view. If you are really connected to your life, passions, hobbies and people that you respect, you will be fine. Fixation on making sex with hundreds of woman is not a healthy pursuit. Knowing your values, building a rich life, doing what excites yourself, going on adventures - this is really cool. When you make your life all about woman/sex, sooner or later you'll discover a unbelievable pain in your soul.

I was caught up in this dilemma about dating. What can truly heal men is finding what they really love or feel passionate about doing every day. You’ve got to love your life. You’ll find that chasing one girl after another is often just an escape to numb your pain.

Connirae Andreas is an American psychotherapist, author, and pioneering trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Wholeness Work is a structured self-transformation method developed for inner healing and spiritual awakening, created after her personal health crisis through modeling teachings like those of Ramana Maharshi. It is a combination between NLP + Self-Inquiry. I really recommend her work/books. On the last months, I got deep on different kinds of spirituality. Here is a great conversation to understand Wholeness Work more deeply. [00:17] Introduction to Connirae Andreas and her book, The Wholeness Work Essential Guide. [02:48] Defining "wholeness" as undivided presence and explaining "wholeness work." [07:22] Connirae shares the story of her personal crisis (a jarring breakdown experience) that led to the discovery of Wholeness Work. [13:29] The influence of Ramana Maharshi's teaching ("Who Am I?") and the search for a precise, teachable method for awakening. [17:06] The benefits of Wholeness Work: deeper psychological healing and an integrated, gentle awakening. [22:58] Using the composting metaphor to explain how difficult feelings enrich the field of awareness. [25:28] Examples of the work's impact on a CEO's anger, therapists in conflict zones (Gaza/Ukraine), and relationship healing. [34:52] Guided Practice begins (A quick version of the Wholeness Work process). [40:55] Phase 2 of the Practice: Finding the "Eye" (the location of the perceiving self). [51:32] Phase 4 of the Practice: The Invitation—Relaxing the "Eye" into the full space of Awareness. [57:26] Discussion: The centrality of the "Perceiving Self" and how it holds limiting beliefs. [01:02:34] Addressing complex issues like shame and the need for Authority Structures (which are covered in the full process). [01:10:16] Key Principles for Transformation: Inclusion (Rumi poem), No Force, and going the easy, gentle way. [01:13:43] The foundational principle that the system already longs for wholeness. [01:14:55] Conclusion and final thoughts on the book and applying the principles globally.

After contemplating the hell out of this episode, I got that being limited by your life story is one of the marks of conformity. Your past is a distortion/illusion that keeps you addicted to being yourself. Contemplate: Is it possible to live without a life story? Is it possible to generate different kinds of life stories? is it cheating? is it a lie?

Max Hodak is one of the best neuroengineers working on BCIs, Neuroengineering, Human Augmented Capabilities. (Science, Neuralink) He is trying to map "phenomenal consciousness" to engineer reality using new kinds of BCIs where you can possibly experience each others POVs, telepathy, becoming a mutant. Keep an eye on that guy.

Sure. The forum is extremely valuable but it makes you lazy. The real work is alone doing contemplation or meditation. It is not about debates, spiritual bypassing or watching videos/making bullet point notes of what Leo said. -

I know it hurts hearing that you are wrong. I am wrong. What do you think is more pleasurable: watching a video or working your ass off to have deep insights for yourself? Real spirituality is painful, working alone, suffering, hours of contemplation and meditation, being wrong, looking into your dark shadow. Real spirituality is about learning to walk alone. This is where the real game begins. -

The truth is: Real spirituality is not about external reality, debating on forums or watching videos. The real sages would not watch Actualized.org Leo spoiled all of us. He is extremely developed but we as members are just bullshitting ourselves thinking that we are really developed. Read Ralston's work and walk alone. Insight and understanding is all you need. -
Breathwork should make you calm + alert. Can you ask a woman for directions? Start there.

@Lucasxp64 This is too much pressure to deal with. You'll end up trapped in your mind and horny. Just move on, talk to lots of woman. Do not sacrifice your mental health for sex or unstable woman. If you are really horny with no options, go to a escort.
-
To make things clear: this insight was similar to Leo's Game Awakening. There is a dynamic going on into your personal experience. You know it exists intellectually - but when you really GET IT experientially, it is rock solid gut knowing. You know what it is. You really know.

I was doing a contemplation exercise. All of a sudden, I became aware of a fantasy that I'm holding as true. I thought that ONE DAY after reading books, doing courses, seminars and watching videos on philosophy, self-actualization or spirituality, I would become "perfect" intelectually. Can you see it? It is a delusion. There is no such thing as "being perfect" intelectually, emotionally or spiritually. Perfection is an ideal, a fantasy. You can read whatever you want - you will not KNOW everything. There is no perfection. I was suffering like a fool for years because it was running on the background of my mind. I always felt behind, weak, dumb. I feel peace. I feel peace.

Forget about apps. Go to places that you like and start conversations. Do not sell your soul for sex. You will find out that having a woman to talk deeply about things is far more interesting, building real intimacy and profound connection.

@The Caretaker Do not use MBTI as astrology to make excuses. Breathwork will save yourself. Learn to be OK inside your body. Occupy your whole body - feel, accept, love and embrace whatever is happening within.

So, you're doing research 👁️ I do not want to sound like a lunatic but.... Science fiction is more real than science itself.

I do think that what really happens with startups and companies are just disclosure tech from the past. We are living on the past. A small percentage of humanity is living on the future. Teleportation, warp drives, plasma engineering, telepathy, God-like tech is already here but not equally distributed.
-
I think that AGI already exists. We know nothing about technology and science. Imagine what they did with project stargate/remote vision. Now, think that they have done it 1000x on physics, chemistry, math, computer science, engineering, sci-fi tech. We are just civilians thinking we really know what is going on here on earth. Wake up!

Thanks, I have a feet on both sides. I'll get a tattoo.
