  1. @Preety_India I would just relax and enjoy life and just meditate at least 20 mins a day on top of that. I think some of the most humbling spiritual lessons come from everyday living. Life is already sweet enough ?.
  2. What you're seeing here is spiritual ego, all about Mind. What's obvious and funny once you recognize it is that of course the thinker doesn't like simple, because Love is simple, as in foolish. Love has no logical reason, it's open, clear, and simple. Spiritual ego, I find this happens a lot with most people on the path at some point, it's like a phase. I myself had that cold arrogance that came with telling people I'm God at some point. Takes some self honesty and surrendering to Not-Knowing to let go of that. It's easy to make shit up on an online forum, it's a form of escapism. Inevitably the phase will come to an end.
  3. @Don Wei a full circle realization that's possible Is that Don Wei has never done a single thing, desire is actually infinite intelligence / nature geniusly creating reality. You can't actually do anything for anything lol. The fear and the psychological shadow, ego stories, excuses, justifications, "awakenings", are very much connected, do you see the one thing holding all these together?
  4. @Don Wei I get it, self-declaring as being awake is 1000% common on psychedelics lol, after so many trips I can only laugh at myself now. This may be difficult as so many (me included) fall into this, but try not self declaring as anything. When you're enlightened you will know without even a shadow of a doubt. No one will have to confirm it for you. But have fun with your awakening stuff, I mean really actually enjoy the process ?. Hahaha yes, after no mind the mind kicks in and calls it a state, then holds the state almost like a collectible trading card. I'd just be aware of that more and more.
  5. @Don Wei here's some tips from another dude: -talking about an ego and making stories about it is like a burglar coming up to you telling you about a burglar out on the streets stealing stuff. -let all the ego stuff go, I'm stubborn too so I get it, but what we refer to as enlightenment is No-Mind. In no mind there is no story any more, but the mind will always say this is impossible and come up with a million excuses. It's like you hear about silence but all you ever do is talk about silence when true silence is ....... Meditation is key, all the awakening stuff is just fun stories, nothing against that and go ahead share, but they are only stories. ?‍♂️ I don't even meditate formally anymore lol. I'll get back on that ox though and then .........
  6. @Don Wei no offense and not coming from a place of attempting to be an authority on who's awake and who isn't, but if you're falling into the thought stories displayed in the original post, there's more letting go to do. Coming from another guy on the path, I'm not some awakened master or whatever.
  7. @Jakuchu I will fulfill that need for myself ?.
  8. @Terell Kirby I trust you'll be ready whenever you decide to be ?. Just enjoy the show, the process.
  9. I'd say by seeing that there's no actual need to embody anything. Embodiment implies that you're supposed to act like whatever you assume an awakened person acts like. See the divinity in being who you are right now, not how you think you should be.
  10. @Raphael you've already got it man, the thinking that eventually you'll get to some understanding later is what's causing the suffering right now. But you'll get it eventually . Or drop it now, drop all models, drop "eventually I'll understand." . Awakening is not getting something, it's more resting back into what you've always been.
  11. Releasing the emotional baggage is great. You're doing great ?. You don't need one of us monkeys to tell you if you're crazy or turquoise or enlightened, our opinions don't matter. ?
  12. @Raphael Has this helped you at all? All these questions and affirmations you repeat?
  13. Hey, you'd have to be more specific as to what you're talking about, your post title doesn't seem too clear tbh.
  14. Maybe replacing the unhealthy sugary foods with fruits can help. Honey is also really good for you, make sure its raw and unfiltered.
  15. @Gregory1 oh lol sorry I misunderstood something earlier. Edit: It doesn't have to viewed as lengthening the torture, it can be viewed as taking a smoother approach. Not to mention matcha green tea has awesome health benefits.
  16. @Gregory1 you don't build tolerance by taking less of an amount of something. If OP is going from 500-600mg of caffeine to 60 mg twice a day, that's actually lowering tolerance and lessening withdrawal symptoms. It's a game between pain and ease, if you full on go 100 percent cold turkey the pain could be so Intense that it ends up backfiring. Adding in some ease (tapering instead of cold turkey) may make for a smoother transition. Like if OP stuck to low amounts of caffeine daily (40-60 mg per dose) for a few months to a year that'd be a HUGE win already. His sleep would improve, and the drink would serve as a healthy boost compared to 500 mg of caffeine (sheesh ?). It's up to @Javfly33 to do whatever feels right of course, I'm only suggesting. I do acknowledge that it's different for everyone, some behaviors are easier to just cut cold turkey and others may need a little ease sprinkled in.
  17. Ever considered transitioning to matcha green tea? It has less caffeine ( about 60 mg) and has L theanine which works with caffeine to produce a more meditative effect. Switching to green tea from coffee is a smoother and easier way to drop caffeine dependence if it's a problem for you. I find caffeine dosages from 30mg-70mg are more sustainable and provide a healthy boost (still, you gotta see for yourself), I'd look into matcha green tea and read up on people's experiences.
  18. @Mason Riggle ?‍♂️ @Raptorsin7 I would suggest contemplating on the nature of conditioning ?. @mandyjw it's so great that it never gets old . @BenG Hahaha that's awesome, God is a Cosmic Comedian ?.
  19. The present moment is always brand new and fresh, eternal freshness. There's no such thing as repetition. What is going on right now in your direct experience is the most amazing advanced brand new thing according to Love (You). It's always new!
  20. Dude it's freaky shit isn't it, a good freaky ?. And when the visions arise they don't seem significant at all, until you look back ?.
  21. @RMQualtrough I only make the concession so you and me can have a conversation, that doesn't mean it isnt completely made up. It's like you're saying that sobriety is something we agree upon, and then you go on to speak of sobriety as if it were a real thing. There's no need to call anything sobriety, unless you're just complying with societal expectations (having conversations at work, with family and friends, etc.).
  22. @RMQualtrough there are no states of consciousness. How do you know you're sober right now?
