My doctor added another medication to counteract the side effects and I am feeling a lot better. My OCD is gone, and my anxiety is diminishing. I feel like my brain is autoreparing itself these days. I always want to actively heal myself, but I think I will let my brain do its job. Jesus, I am finally getting drugs that work for me. If you have severe psychiatric illness, you should keep testing things until you hit the right combination. Some diseases are incurable without medication. A lot of people here may don't like this statement but it is true. If you get bipolar disorder you will know what I am talking about.

Some people have higher than average rate of metabolism and some people have a lower than average rate, this why some people find it difficult to lose weight, or more likely to be obese. I don't like people who look down on fat people. Some people have genetic tendencies to be fat.

I don't why, I don't remember but I didn't like any of them, thus I seeked other resources. I think the books I shared are superior, take a look at them if you are interested. -
@Leo Gura What do you exactly mean when you say "burned-out"?

@Leo Gura There is a book by SantataGamana that he released lately. He reviews in it many kryia Yoga books and techniques, pros and cons of each one and his personal rating for it. He then discusses his own way of doing Kryia. I really liked it, it was simple and direct. The main book that you have in your booklist was quite overwhelming. There is another free book online. And it was good too. Santata reviewed it and gave it a very good rating. I will see if I can get it name PS: found the book, it is called Kriya Yoga: a synthesis of personal experience. It is totally free, so I will put a link for it. https://ia902801.us.archive.org/31/items/SynthesisOfAPersonalExperienceByEnnioNimis2018/Synthesis_of_a_Personal_Experience_by_Ennio Nimis_(2018).pdf -
Yohimbine works like a harm. It is more of chemical rather than supplement. 5mg of this substance gives huge long lasting energy like 2 cups of coffee, it increases libido and make your penis rock hard. I noticed it enhances mood too. I take it in the moring and it lasts at least 10h. It has some side effects tho like sweating or rapid heart rate but they say they decrease significantly with use and I noticed that.

The funny thing is if Tate didn't get masively popular he wouldn't go through any of this. @Leo Gura Maybe the law of human trafficking needs some changes. For example, trafficking based on deception should not be equal to that of physical confinment and abuse. -

@undeather It all depends on how tolerant/intolerant Rmania is to Human trafficking. -

Could someone explain to us in an unbiased way, why is he charged with sex trafficking if the girls work for him willingly? I watched a video that Leo posted but I wasn't convinced except for him keeping their passports bit. PS: Jesus christ, I am just reading the first tweet and now I understand. This guy is an absolute piece of shit. -
Does anyone want to engage in this thread instead of arguing endlessly about Ralston and psychedelics?

I experienced a manic episode a couple of months back in which I tapped into unlimited energy and I became extremely social then I realized that some people experience life this way on a daily basis. Those who can do lots of work and a lot of socializing without being tired at the end of the day.

@Schizophonia all of them. They are present in much lower amounts. Also veggies contain antioxidants and fiber.

Nope, and that's the whole point. These carcinogens are not present in cocked plants. They require certain amino acids and fats present in meat.

@undeather Of course, Health is a multifactorial thing. Hundreds of different elements control your health.

Just relax, talk silly and joke a lot, you will enjoy your time and people will love you.

This spiritual teacher is very interesting. He didn't live an easy life. When he was young he almost starved himself to death to attain enlightenment. Then he returned home to find out that his family has accumulated huge debts. So he started learning Indian medicine and became popular as a healer, He then lost all his money in a scam. His two wives and children died. He suffered from multiple illnesses and sought treatment for years with no use. He worked with sweepers and lived among lepers and beggers. And finally, he lived in a small old dirty ashram teachings his students. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Upasani_Maharaj

@Leo Gura You wouldn't like him, Leo In the mid-1960s Baba became concerned with the drug culture in the West and began correspondences with several Western academics, including Timothy Leary and Richard Alpert, in which he discouraged the use of hallucinogenic drugs for spiritual purposes.[92] In 1966 Baba's responses to questions on drugs were published in a pamphlet titled God in a Pill? Meher Baba stated that drug use was spiritually damaging and that if enlightenment were possible through drugs then "God is not worthy of being God".[93] Meher Baba instructed his young Western disciples to spread this message; in doing so, they increased awareness of Meher Baba's teachings. In an interview with Frederick Chapman, a Harvard graduate and Fulbright scholar who met Baba during a year of study in India, Baba described LSD as "harmful physically, mentally, and spiritually" and warned that "[its continued use] leads to madness or death".[94] An anti-drug campaign was initiated by Baba lovers in the United States, Europe and Australia. The campaign was mostly futile,[95] but won Baba new followers, and some of Baba's views found their way into academic debate on the merits and dangers of hallucinogens.[96]

I watched this movie yesterday. It was quite good. There is a lot of connection between the two main characters. Better the blue is the warmest color I don't know why it got relatively low reviews, but sometimes people are idiots, so who cares.

I once lost 10kg in a month. It was Ramadan, and I was fasting. I didn't eat anything other than meat/chicken and juice. Surprisingly, I was not even hungry.
