  2. @Something Funny What is your goal with it? Did you do it? What are your experience? Preferences on supplements are highly subjective. I tried a few of yours like ashwagandha and lions mane. First one didnt affect me at all and with lions mane I had a bit more awareness. Didnt do micrososing of psilocybin - how much do you take? I am doing L-Tyrosin and Microdosing Iboga for 30 days for balancing my mood and dopamine system and it works extremely well.

With the drama the ego has something to do and certain things to hold on so that you get relieve from pain or Self-Sabotage yourself Even more in that story of pain (drama). No pain = no drama = no ego Motivation works in 2 ways: - away from something (pain) - Or towards something (your Dream or so) Motivation from pain is much more Common (My subjective opinion)

Now I dont fear that Fear anymore - Not knowing exactly where to go and experimenting with life is normal. Learning that something isnt for me is also really important. - money is Not important for me as I thought. More important is to find my niche and being content in the Now.

But I want to quit to jerk off to porn bc then I have a non existing sex life with my GF and struggle to keep on motivation on my purpose. I quit smoking and alcohol due to respect to myself and seeing it as a social construction for dealing with emotions. I agree with you that good health and fitness are important. I add life purpose, healthy dealing with emotions, feeling your own needs and being aware of your different states during the day.

  17. @Candle Same here. Nationality, family aso are just concepts. Further, we couldn't choose where we wanted to be born. I think our way is to accept ourself in our situation as good as we can. To be friendly to myself is my personal challenge since my last LSD trip. I saw, that I couldn't trust myself due to my addiction, promising myself over and over again, that I want to stay sober but finding myself with the same behaviour. I think beating ourselfs up and have a negative behaviour with ourself is a general problem. we dont treat our friends in the same way that we do with ourselfs. MAITRI πŸ™
  18. @Candle I know, I am really privileged to be born in such a country. The 4 different languages are no issue. You just need to learn one of them and stay in that area. It depends on the immigrants origin / passport and if he / she has a joboffer in switzerland. I visited Peru and Colombia. Besides the richer parts I saw also a lot of poverty. But I cannot grasp how life is in 3rd world country. Besides your circumstances living in a 3rd world country, are you happy?

Pros: - affordable Healthcare: We pay between 300 to 900 EUR / month for healthcare, depends on age, insurance company and selectable additions according your preference. - affordable education: University is about 300 EUR / semester (except private Universities) - public transport is rather expensive but in 95% of all cases on time - we have high income and high costs, but at the end, we save a lot of money. F.e. I had an income of 6000 EUR / month and expenses of 2500 EUR (1/2 of an 3.5 room apartment, car, food, insurance etc.) so at the end I saved about 3000-3500 EUR each month which is a lot. - very low taxes on income: About 10-12% of your yearly income. They increase however progressively which means, if you earn more, you pay more.- homeless people choose to be on the street (or have psychological issue): When you dont have any income, you get about 2100 EUR per month (social welfare) - low criminality (f.e. Basel is the most criminal city in switzerland with 13 delicts per 1000 citicens compared to Munich in germany, which is the most save city in germany, they have 64 delicts / 1000). Pros in comparasion with germany (my GF is from Munich, so I have some knowledge in german system): - not so much bureaucracy - no two-tier society: The healthcare system in Germany is often perceived as a kind of two-tier society. Those with private insurance are in first class, with faster appointments and better services, while those with statutory insurance often have to wait longer and do not have the same access to all services. Cons: - Taxes on assets (I believe, german people dont have taxes on assets, just on interests) - Swiss food (I love cheese fondue or raclette, Γ€lplermacaronen, rΓΆsti but except of that, swiss doesnt have a lot to offer from switzerland itself. But we have a lot of foreign restaurants especially italian food and a lot of kebab take aways) my subjective view - When you meet new swiss people, they are really friendly but it takes time to become friends.
