Yeah I have mixed feelings about it. Some say they feel “stronger” and healthier afterwards but it does sound sketchy a little bit. I don’t know. Maybe I’m not educated enough on how this “medicine” work.

Vipassana meditation has been life changing for me. I recommended watching this series of videos which is actually shown during a 10 day Vipassana meditation course.

Yes in a way. I haven’t seen my dad in almost 8 years. War and immigration separated us. He lives in Syria while I live in the US. I don’t know what’s he like nowadays or how he has changed. In a way it was a blessing because I become so independent in my thinking but also I miss my family. wishing you all the best❤️

Leo’s work has changed my life. I started about 5 years ago and it has been an amazing journey my answer is yes to the first 4 questions and the sixth one . for number 5, the most interesting thing for me is the diversity of perspectives on life. Leo introduced me to so many concepts that are practical like raising your level of consciousness, building good habits and finding your passion. for number 7, I’m mostly struggling with subtle addictions to my phone specially because everything is so convenient now days but I’m trying to find a good balance everyday.

Has anybody read religion of tomorrow by ken Wilber ? Leo said it is in his top 5 books so I want to read it.

Yup! That sweet spot is hard to unlock. Sometimes I want to take large doses but then my ego is scared af and sometimes I take smaller doses and think to myself this is kids’s stuff.
