It is challenging but you have to go back to being mindful of your experience as much as possible. I try to focus on my breath as much as I can throughout the day. Labeling emotions and labeling when internal dialogue arises is also helpful but that requires training in concentration -

Hi! I was wondering if anyone went through any of Peter Ralston’s online courses that are available on his website ? He has some interesting courses like the power of contemplation and many other interesting personal development courses. They are a bit pricey but I’m thinking of investing in one of the courses for a year.

Hello! I have 10 gummies of 4-aco-DMT. Each gummy equivalent to 1/2g of mushrooms My question is what is a good dose of 4-aco-DMT for therauptic effects and consciousness work? This guy whitewashed Assad crimes by going to Syria and portraying it as heaven. In reality, Syria is hell with people living in poverty and destroyed neighborhoods thanks to Asssad’s war. Iran is good for this YouTuber because he can just avoid looking at all the bad stuff like the Iranian dictatorship and corruption and focus on the “good” stuff for YouTube views. Visiting a country is not like permanently living in it -
