I finished 5 rounds already and I feel pretty good. But I read a post from @The0Self that lead chelation is a different principle than mercury. @The0Self suggests doing 5 days DMSA-only, then DMSA+ALA for 5 days and then DMSA only for 1-4 days to ensure both Mercury and lead are excreted. I don’t know if that’s too much. I was wondering if you guys do 4-5 days of ALA+DMSA chelation just like it is demonstrated in Leo’s heavy metal chelation video or do you do something different? thanks! @Leo Gura would love your opinion too. Thank you so much.

So Interesting that you put Ayahuasca so high. it has a lot of potential. I literally felt like I was about to die on Ayahuasca, I couldn’t move my hands and my face, it was a deep lesson to not attach to anything in life and then when I was about to “die”, I puked into a bucket, felt better and then I started speaking to some entity. It was wild and I took too much probably. great video by the way.
