I find it easy to study but I get tripped up a lot on multiple choice questions, test taking strategies suck for me. but I’m changing that

I’m curious why don’t you eat bread, pasta and rice? I tried to cut those foods when I tried the keto diet but it’s just not sustainable for me. I eat those those foods in moderation because I definitely feel bloated if I over eat them.

Also for the men that use Instagram, how do you deal with the “sexy” pictures or content that a lot of women like to put on that platform?
