I became one of my idols who passed away. I literally felted like I merged into him. It felt so mystical and out of this world.

At first I thought you meant the AG1 drink that is always advertised on the huberman lab podcast 🤣

I would say it’s not about the psychedelic but your intent and what you want out of the psychedelic. Low doses of Mushrooms are good to start with. Ayahuasca was a powerful teacher for me but I feel it might be too “strong” if you haven’t tried any other psychedelic before. Depends on the shaman too. low doses of LSD migh be beneficial but the the duration can be long. you can research psychedelic retreats in Europe or South America. Ask a lot of questions before signing up. Make sure it fits you. Watch out for scams.

LSD is so weird man. Very unpredictable for me. One trip on it was the best thing that happened in my life. Second trip sent into a spiral of negativity and needless contemplation. Good lessons either way.
