You offer nothing but personal attacks that don’t add subtance to the discussion. -

Dude, of course it has aged well. The alwaites are fine and are living with us happily. Those who were with the old regime deserve to be prosecuted because they butchered us for 14 years. I’m not gonna even bother watching whatever you linked because I actually know people on the ground who telling every part of the story. not like whatever bullshit CBN news that you linked that has some agenda. Edit: I checked what you linked and it’s laughable at best and unprofessional at worst. when it comes to Syria, you have to know people on the ground and check 10 different sources because the Syrian situation has so many sides that you can’t understand it with some bullshit one sided narrative video -

I’m going to start using this journal again. I’m tired of using Instagram. This journal seems healthier to use than other forms of social media. I just wish I can hide how many people viewed my journal because I don’t think it serves any purpose.

I want to get peppermint oil because it enhances memory and alertness and I like the smell. Which ones were your favorite and why?

If it relates to spirituality then I would definitely like it.

This has the potential to be such a life changing experience for the right person or anyone who is interested in developing deep serious meditation skills. I initially learned about Vipassana though one of the actualized videos titled "how to get started with Self Actualization- over 40 techniques" The courses are available around the world and for free (there is no catch). Just come learn the technique and after 10 days you are your own master, drop it if it does not resonate or you don't get results. There is minimal dogma and belief involved. Those 10 days you are focused on working on this technique of meditation so you can do it correctly and come out of aversion, craving and to remain equanimous in all situations of life. This was my second 10 day course and I didn't expect to go this deep but I did. There is no mystery involved in the technique. you are working on observing your body sensations while remaining equanimous. Those 10 days felt like a month to me. I got so many insights about life and myself. I really needed a retreat like this in my life so I can " get outside of myself" and observe myself from a different perspective. This has the same value as a deep psychedelic trip. you get different insights as you practice. I feel an increase in life satisfaction overall. You are meditating for almost 100 hours in 10 days. It is difficult and not for the weak minded but the fruits are well worth it. I felt like I was constantly on a low dose of mushrooms from the amount of meditation we were doing. Sober deep meditation has so much value if you really put some effort in it. The technique is very practical to everyday life. Thank you Leo for recommending the course. -
It would probably help

There was some pain but you just have to pick the right meditation cushion which they will have plenty of at the center. You have to train yourself to remain equanimous even if there is some pain so you don't develop aversion. It will all be explained better during the course. Yes the pain does dissolve but don't attach any craving or aversion to it. Just observe it. More detailed info will be available during the course. -

This is where I did my first course! -
This was eye opening to watch. I felt disgusted by some of the men though. What do you guys think?

Would you recommend MDMA with LSD or just by itself? I have experience with the latter. I’m a bit afraid of trying MDMA just because of the stories I heard that it can mess with the Seratonin receptors.
