  1. Maybe not monkey mind, but unless she's enlightened I doubt she's free from the egoic drama.
  2. The guy I talked with you about on the other thread you made about multiple orgasms.
  3. Let say I wish that it'll rain tomorrow because I want my crops to grow, but you wish for it not to rain because you want to go hiking. Who will "win"? That's true. So are you saying that only I can manifest, because there's no others who could?
  4. Have you've been listening to Jonathan like I told you, sure sounds like it, lol. The rabbit hole goes deeper though. Never though of it like that, but yeah I'd agree. They can literally sense your energy intuitively, like the whole vibe or state thing is a literal phenomena that could be measured. We could probably perceive it directly if we developed our third eye enough.
  5. Not sure if that's what you're implying, but Pointlessness and Emptiness aren't bad. They're identical to Goodness for one, and they're necessary for Freedom. You couldn't be free if the universe that had a point, because you'd be limited precisely by that point. You wouldn't want to live in a universe that had a point even if you could. Also the version of solipsism I subscribe to doesn't postulate that you're the only mind, but merely that you're mind is the only mind you can be sure of to exist. Whether or not other minds exists is an open and unanswerable question IMO, see the "New Kind Of Awakening: Infinity Of Gods" episode. My bet is that there doesn't, because what would separate them? Doesn't mean I think there's something behinds peoples eyes though, I don't. They're part of my mind. I don't think you have to choose. You can have your cake and eat it too. I know it's all a game, but I still enjoy it. In fact I enjoy it infinitely more that I ever could if it wasn't. Sure you have to give up your illusions, but you're more than compensated for it. Or to put it more accurately; The disillusionment is itself the reward, i.e. truth is it's own reward. I know it can seem like be a bitter pill to swallow, but just give it a couple of years of reajustment and you'll be good.
  6. Last time I got mildly druk I closed my eyes and had a semi-mystical state in the form of a constant feeling of falling, kinda like when you're about to fall asleep. Perhaps I was right at doorway to having an actual mystical experience like @Razard86 ? But I wouldn't recommend it for obvious, and not so obvious, reasons. I rarely drink, but I still want to quit, and this time for good...
  7. Thanks for your reply. I guess by weirder you mean you how potent and pregnant with truth it is. But i get what you're saying, I could see how it'd look weird from the normie perspective. These days I just take it for granted that I have a deep holistic understanding of reality, which only 0.001% precent of the population have. I just don't like to get overly technical, convoluted and clinical with my teachings. I want them to be general, simple and poetic. Guess that won't resonate with a lot of people, but oh well. They'll probably get something from it, and the rest of you will vibe with it.
  8. Post #13: Best sex of my life I just had the best sex of my life, and it was with and by myself. I'm getting to a point where I enjoy my own company more than the company of others. I understand myself, I don't judge myself, I appreciate how beautiful, strong and wise (just generally awesome) I am, I don't pretend and expect myself to pretend to be separate, I can truly be myself around myself, and I know exactly what turns me on (this is not affirmations, I mean it literarily). "If you are lonely when you're alone, you are in bad company." - Jean-Paul Sartre
  9. Lmao yeah, but not the kinda sleep he'd want @Princess Arabia.
  10. Socialize with the avearge human about mundane stuff like: Who won the game last night? What kind of lawnmowers are on sale? What font should you should use on your invitation? The more minute, practical and dry the better. Do this and you'll fall back asleep in no time.
  11. That's one example, there's also tone of voice and micro-expressions to name a few. I'd recommend everyone to study micro-expressions (basis for the series "Lie to Me"), as it allows you to read people like an open book. You don't have to go too in depth with it and the ROI is insane.
  12. I don't find that hard to believe at all, since we're always expressing what's in our hearts, even when we don't know or try to hide it.
  13. I guess a magician never reveals her secrets
  14. Hahah, glad a woman could back my theory. The subtle power is real Interesting to think about. I guess the whole dropping your books thing in movies is analogues to this. Do you have other examples how you'd make the "first" move? I could make a whole post with this question
  15. Yeah I get that a lot too. I remember when I was younger I was completely oblivious to this, lol. Heard some guy talk about how back in the day some women would drop their handkerchief, which would give the guy an opportunity to pick it up and start a conversation. I guess the woman makes the first move by making it as easy, convenient, and risk-free as possible for the guy to make the first move, e.g. getting close to him, looking/smiling at him, removing headphones. But at the end of the day he has to make the "first" move. And the other way around if is she isn't interested, she'll make you have to bend over backwards in order to approach her. The ironic thing is that a guy could think he made the first move, when in actuality it was the woman.
  16. From my personal experience, I'd guess it's mainly point number 2. I've lived most of my life in hate, surrounded by hate, seeing hate, breathing hate, learning hate, being hated and hating. The world doesn't care about me i tought. I was loveless and felt unlovable. It didn't seem like there was space for love in such a cold world... and then all of a sudden you find out it's all Love, it's best surprise you could ever get! But it's just that it seems to good to be true. I can't handle too much love and goodness at once. I need it slowly like a rescue dog. It's not just psychological, you're physically rewiring your "brain" in order to be able to handle (more) love. In other words you're shedding the old conditioning like you said. Slowly Love will destroy all barriers, until there's nothing left.
  17. I've never really had a girl explicitly approach me, unless maybe this one time at work where this one girl went out of her way to call me handsome. Other than that it's an alien experience to me. I couldn't imagine what would feel like to get spoon fed like that. I guess the challenge is what makes it fun?
  18. What if two people wish for mutually exclusive things, who gets their way with the universe then? Maybe they cancel each other out. I've always been skeptical of manifestation, like i agree with the idiom: "Where attention goes energy flows", but it seems to me that it contradicts one of the fundamental laws of our limited reality, which is that everything has a price and if you want something you have to work for it, i.e. the law of equivalent exchange.
  19. Ultimately as you say, Experience don't need to have the appearance of a self in order to be. However if Reality wants to have a relative experience, e.g. the illusion of eating an ice cream, it needs to create both the appearance of ice cream (other) and the appearance one eating the ice cream (self). Well it isn't as we just established, unless You want to have the illusion of something happening to someone. Illusion as we know it requires the appearance of a self. That's just how it is. It's always something happening relative to the appearance of someone. Otherwise it would be completely impersonal.
  20. Yeah, it just hit me that watching a video like the one you referenced is a way simpler way of getting visual and auditory variation. Something like a moving mandala or an infinite fractal zoom could be effective. Like this: Lol that's random, but that's exactly what you'd want. If could find somebody who's into that, but hey, I guess there's a niche for everybody
  21. DISCLAIMER: I'm not encouraging you to do what's in this post as it's merely informative in nature, and I don't take responsibility for any possible trauma. May trigger psychopathology, so especially don't do this if you're mentally unstable. TLDR; Do this at your own risk. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Introduction: So the other day I made my own meditation technique. The bagground for it's development was the realization that Reality isn't a single thing, and therefore anything I would be clinging to wouldn't be it, instead it's the entire flow of changing phenomena. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Why: So the main point of this technique is to get your mind unstuck. See right now you're mind is probably very crystalized, i.e. you're in a very stable and grounded state of consciousness. This is probably also the state you spend most of your time in. Why would you want to enter a fluid and unrestricted state of consciousness? Besides it feeling good because it's fertile ground for, A, spontaneous enlightenment (High magic), and B, performing performing practical magic (low magic) like incantations. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ How: The way you do this is by constantly changing your object of meditation so that you mind actually don't have a single object that it can cling to. This relates to all five senses: Sight: Keep looking around at your surroundings. Keep moving your eyes; up, down, left, right, go in circles. Touch: Touch something hard, then touch something soft, then touch something else. Hearing: Sing some kind of random hymns. Speak in tongues (glossolalia). Taste: Eat something sweet, then something sour. Smell: Smell different things. Something pleasant and something unpleasant. Also move your body. Move your arms up and down. Spin around. But the most important of all is you mind's eye. Because you could be doing all the above, but still be fixated about the bills you need to pay tomorrow. You need to be constantly changing what's in your mind's eye. Imagine a banana, now a kangaroo, now the earth's core. Also don't limit yourself to logical things; Imagine a circle that's also a square, imagine a palace that doesn't exist, imagine swimming above water. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Additional: What you'll notice is that you may cringe and be very reluctant at first because it's uncharted (more like forgotten) territory, and you'll look unhinged, which is socially unacceptable. Society hates unpredictability. But you're not abandoning logic, you're merely transcending it temporarily. What you also may notice is that you'll feel like a child again, which might be a very distant, or even a forgotten, feeling. Most of us are so disconnected from this state that we can't even remeber what it used to feel like to be this free. What are your thoughts? If you've tried it let me know what you think.
  22. Post #12: Dafoe is not a foe As you can see from clip 1 and clip 2 Willem Dafoe seems surprisingly chill, funny, and down to earth, walking the streets of NYC and interacting with people, which is kind of ironic given that he commonly plays the villain. He seems very humble and doesn't seem to take him himself too seriously. In other words it seems like he's aware of the very simple, yet often overlooked (especially by his peers) truth that at the end of the day he's a human just like everyone else. Obviously this is just speculation, since i don't know what's going on in his head. Some other people from Hollywood I admire is Jim Carrey (obviously), Jack Black and Denzel Washington.
  23. Entitled people talking, complaining and moaning about irrelevant superficial stuff that won't matter in 5 years, or even tommorow. When they're at school they talk about work like: "omg, I hope [name] isn't working today". Then when they're at work they're probably talking about school like: "omg, did you see the pants that the teacher was wearing today". It's a never ending cycle, every day it's the same.... but just in a different pile. It's seems like that's the only way they know how to relate to each other. They'll find anything to complain about, they've turned it into an art, like you could put them in heaven and they'll find something to complain about. Now that I think about it that's fundamental egoic predicament. Hm, maybe others superficial dynamics are just a reflection of the subtle dynamics withing us? I don't mind having a conversation just for the sake of it, but my goodness not like that ^
  24. Post #11: Getting serious For the first 3 years of my journey I've been mostly quiet on this forum and shying away from conscious people in general, but this is no longer the case. As you may have noticed I've been posting a lot recently, that's because I've gotten serious about this work. I'm done fooling around. This is where the rubber meets the road. I try to limit myself to about 10 posts a day to ensure the quality of my posts, and to avoid spending all day on the forum. Watch me transform first myself.
