Maybe you’d need to be extreme extrovert. But thing is that such a person would already be good socially so won’t need that many approaches

Awareness of existing implies duality to me -

Consciousness = self awareness, object awareness= absolute observing itself= experience. I agree -
Right

Who would say no to *french chad* I mean ice cream jk

I feel like this could work if you’re naturally super extroverted and thrive from interactions but if you’re introverted it might be draining and difficult to sustain a good level of energy to be able to do so many good approaches without becoming like a robot just mechanically repeating yourself

Ok but if reality is nothing then no experience and experience is the same or something like that. Also I thought babies had no experience because they lack self awareness -

Why? It makes sense. Ive been in states of almost no self (sounds weird) and to me it was like ~almost ~ having no sense of experience/reality (time, space etc) I thought to myself, “it’s almost like there’s no reality” so i assume total no self must be zero experience -

It’s hard to get enlightened because your brain is literally wired to produce a self illusion. It feels like a solid center, not pictures, because you feel solid not only like an image, but the solidity can be imbedded in the image so you’re identified with the image that thus becomes solid, if you can recognize the image then it means there’s a separation in your “self” , the observer and the image, and it’s a step to self dissolution, dissolving the self. But it’s hard to dissolve the core observer because that doesn’t feel like an image but as solid. It is required to exist for you to be able to feel like you’re having an experience. No self= no sense of experience, because experience is duality, (I think, I haven’t been without a self so I can’t know how that is but it makes sense) -
We need a balance of collectivism and individualism yea
-
People sacrifice their individuality for the tribe, or more accurately that individuality/originality is never fully discovered. Imagine how cool society would be if everyone was just themselves and embraced their uniqueness.
-
That’s cool Stress has major impact yes
-
I’d say I agree

People think you should love family just because it’s family
-
No I haven’t . I’m in a very calm state 90% of the time still, it’s kinda meditative. I don’t care anymore either. Monitoring your mental speech sounds good, because it’s with you all day long. Introspection too
-
You dont need to love anyone. You just need respect, openness, non judgement.

I would say saying higher vs lower consciousness is not specific enough as to what it means. I think it’s more accurate to say people have different selves, that are configured differently and perhaps differently dense. So activities that affect this will affect the so called “consciousness”. So psychedelics is the most obvious example, it reduces/loosens the sense of self thus “increasing consciousness “ , breathwork and mediation etc can do the same, lessen the sense of self by being in a flow state and reducing thoughts which correlate with the self. Those activities that seemingly “decrease consciousness” let’s break them down one by one. With addiction it’s someone stuck in a compulsive pattern (which corresponds to a certain identity) so it’s the self that is dense and stuck in its configuration, so “low conscious”. Eating unhealthy foods can cloud the mind and make you sluggish so less clarity = less consciousness. Lying , depends on the reason for lying, but let’s say you lie about how good your life is because you’re insecure, the insecurity is a negative identity that is stuck so that’s “low conscious” . So it’s all about how the self is. Kinda, just my two cents… -
If someone is able to distill a lot of info into short text then it’s a sign on mastery yea

I think for high stage development your interest for truth must dominate your emotional attachments, identity attachments, judgments, biases, so you’re interested in truth of the matter over being clouded by those mentioned things. Becuase let’s say someone is identifying with their nationality and attached to it, that might cloud their worldview so they’re likely to be biased in matters regarding their country, but with a genuine interest in truth it will triumph over that.

I’m so impressed how someone is able to write such a long book. Like how do you store so much info in your brain that you could write for so long, and something that is somewhat unique so doesn’t come from you purely studying but rather partly your own mind and discoveries. It’s cool. I remember hearing from Andrew Huberman I don’t remember which episode but he talked about difference between awareness of the inner world (like thoughts and physical sensations) and awareness of the outer world. So you figure out which one you are dominant in, for example if you’re more inwardly focused naturally. Then you meditate the opposite way, so an inwardly focused person would focus on an external object and vice versa. I think it seems to hold some value

It’s not like you gain 50 kg overnight it’s gradual and you always have the power to stop it through a calorie deficit. Even if you gain some you could lose it anytime it’s not like you’re trapped in some weight

Hahahahah spot on. I will go back there sooner or later and then I might ask what flavors they have and try again, and then write it down
