@Salvijus hmm idk. I lowkey feel like “putting your awareness” on something is just your mind enhancing something. You can’t move or direct awareness. That’s mental activity not activity of awareness. Things can move change adjust grow decrease but awareness itself is just unchanged -
Yea but what does controlling your life start with?
-
That’s a hard question to answer i believe this desire to control others comes from your own sense of helplessness in being able to get what you want regarding something id say you can either when this control freak appears, notice your own sense of helplessness, get a little panicky about in the sense of “I need to get my shit together” and redirect this control freak towards yourself and use the negativity as fuel or you could just go along with this desire to control and let it play itself out, all the frustration and the behaviors and it might reveal something to you

Maybe you just need a break from it all and go spend some time in solitude

Is it working for you ? ?

I’ve been wondering about this. Does awareness ever “increase” or is it just that something else “decreases “ and unravels so it’s more apparent ? but yes there’s always more deepening . It’s so unpredictable and unexpected and genius -

sometimes there is just something in us that wants to engage. And instead of pondering what it’s about why bla bla just follow it’s stream and see where it takes you as it probably will still be there no matter what conclusions you come to about it

The mind that says it has repressed feelings is lowkey the same mind that is covering it all up by making a bunch of noise and not letting energy move freely through you emotions etc

I feel that. Honestly I’m at this point where yes I can sense this depression but it’s not really suffering in ~that ~ way so I’m doing perfectly fine, it’s actually quite mystical . It has already been there but it’s more that other things have cleared themselves out so it’s more apparent. So my awareness of it is actually a result of a “deepening” in a sense . At least from my point of view but maybe I’m missing something -

Thanks ?? I haven’t felt drawn to seek one out yet but who knows that might change although I don’t suspect it will -
I can see the similarity yea

That doesn’t really explain todays mass spread religion to me…or am I missing something So for example let’s say someone met Jesus . His “energy” from his state of consciousness and the way he explain things might be so profound that the person listening can’t help but believe in it. That is understandable. Or let’s say someone reads a religious book thoroughly. So much wisdom from these conscious people in it that they can’t help but believe which makes sense to me but the average religious person hasn’t done either of those. They just hear from their surroundings growing up, other “unconscious people” and a little bit religious text. So there must be something else making them believe it so certainly. Or are people just like sponges who absorb everything from their surrounding?

Beautiful. Intuition doesn’t need to shout to be heard -

Reading this triggers 100000000 things in my mind to ask and say which maybe means I’m chaotic but honestly instead of trying to be simple if one is naturally chaotic one can just get so extremely accustomed to it that it ends up becoming simple which is kind of spiritual and wise in itself to kind of surrender to the chaos, use it to your advantage and flow with it i wanna edit this 1000000 times too but I’ll just let it be. Good post! -
The past can be a teacher. The future a mystery. You only have this moment guaranteed, which can be full of opportunities. But it doesn’t seem like that when you don’t trust yourself and your own abilities. So you feel bound to repeat the past instead of change from it, thus the future seems predetermined based on the past. And the present moment has nothing for you. But that doesn’t have to be true absolutely. You might not have anything but at least you have yourself and this very moment. Sure you can wallow in sad hopelessness if you want. And sometimes it’s not a choice it just sweeps over us. But you can also bring yourself together and do something about it, whatever that would be only you can know. Or completely allow this sad story to play itself out and the negative emotions to shower over you and you might find peace in surrendering to it . Or both .
