I think I broke my fast with apple slices from Burger King during my night shift lol. I remember working night shift there after fasting 3-4 days and lemme tell you I was DEAD so tired I had to eat 😂😂😂but yea you’re right food tastes better after the electrolyte thing was very simple and as I said it tasted oddly good, like it is “fit” for the body in its composition . I wonder who came up with the blood pudding too yea

i did a spontaneous water fast for maybe 4 days yea. It was a while ago. There was a recipe on YouTube for how to get your electrolytes and they used lemon, coconut water (for potassium) and sea salt. It tastes good in some way
