  5. Lmao what did I just read. For me it gave crazy akathisia and more suicidal thoughts , doctors had hope in it but it turned out no good for me. Btw they had schizoid personality disorder as a hypothetical diagnosis for me hehe

  11. I agree for the most part. I can’t access psychedelics for now but meditation sure is always accessible. I wrote before how hating existence helps in dissolving identifications, that’s something I’ve experienced so I agree with you there, and about how looking inward is important. My suffering nowadays is of a different nature tho, physical. So it doesn’t quite apply. Although I don’t know if enlightenment could free oneself from that too.
  12. I’d prefer that too. It was kinda ocd of me to do it but it was meditative and a challenge
  13. I had one or maybe two toilet breaks but it wasn’t too hard . I’ve done crazier things like two repetitive movements nonstop for 15 hour straight from 5pm to 8 am in the morning. Only taking breaks to go to toilet
  14. @Schizophonia my max amount meditation was on winter break 3 hours a day I tried. That’s when I had my little breakthrough where I saw how my spiritual paradigm was just a mental construct so I stopped . Maybe ironically the meditation helped me to see that I don’t know
