  6. At the end of the day you can’t control how others respond to you, and women dont owe you anything that’s the cold truth. Sometimes just reminding yourself of the cold truth can be good, your anger is not helping you it’s doing nothing. So if you’re gonna be affected by what women think your internal world will go up and down all the time because as you say women’s reactions are like up and down cycle. Don’t compare me to Jung poor guy 😂
  7. You seem too focused on the women. So if they respond well to you , you feel good, if they respond bad to you, you feel bad. I’d say the best you can do is to try to focus more on yourself, how you can improve yourself, in a way that feels authentic and aligned. When you are doing things for yourself you’ll feel good and when you feel secure in yourself others reactions won’t move you as much . Be wary of how you might deceive yourself , it has to be authentic can’t fake that confidence my silly psychoanalysis attempt 😂😂

  14. That was actually quite beautiful. So everything is love because everything is unified that’s what it means or? I mention it because once a kind of “spirit” told me so during sleep paralysis vibrations. But I’d love to “feel” love.

  22. 21: experimenting with diet In my past I used to suffer from severe chronic abdominal distention. After every meal I’d get distended. Then I experimented with diet to try to see if any foods were the cause. ( I didn’t find any correlation) I went on a few weeks of essentially zero FODMAP diet, eating mostly animal foods. Almost zero fiber. Then one night I got cravings so I binged on white bread and some sweets. I woke up the next day severely distended. Had a severely sore throat. Then a few days later developed a massive ear infection My conclusion from this experience is that the lack of fiber in my experimental diet negatively affected my gut, maybe by lessening the diversity of microbiota, and thus increased my gut’s sensitivity causing the strong reaction to the binge. when I eat a higher fiber omnivorous diet, my body can tolerate a binge. its not to say the binge is good, it’s certainly bad, but a healthy gut shouldn’t react so severely to it. (Btw I don’t binge anymore) Some people have similar experiences with reacting to foods and might interpret this as those foods being the problem, but instead in some cases maybe it’s the sensitivity of the gut that is the problem, and /or the lack of diverse microbiota.
