i did go into more depth in another post but then deleted because I thought it sounded weird but I got some good responses there. I wasn’t so much looking for help with this post mostly just expressing myself but I see your point. But basically something in my brain

Not really. I feel more it’s something in my brain. But my explanations are usually quite weird so I don’t go into it too much

I remember when I used to meditate. It would help actively focusing on something , your breath for example, that I used to do. So any time a thought tries to pull attention away you bring it back to the breath over and over. It’s easier than simply observing thoughts imo
