All that you’re doing is good stuff. I used to have a little social anxiety but none anymore. Exposure, to a level that is challenging but not overwhelming is key. And while you’re doing the exposure being mindful, being mindful of how you might act fake, being mindful of breath, of thoughts that appear, of how you might tense your body, how your eyes move and might avoid eye contact, trying to be authentic to release some of that tension.

That’s a pretty good argument. Also let’s say eternal punishment exists for the worst sinners, you should be fine if you’re not one of them , which you probably aren’t a if you live a normal life so what is the concern

I don’t know what else to say then just that I don’t believe in it. Maybe you could look up videos from people who have died and came back to life and what they have said about life after death

I’ve thought about this. If infinity can appear as anything, could it appear as eternal hell. I think it would change sooner or later so no. did Jesus speak of hell? Where did that idea come from?

I have in my past ruminated and felt scared about the idea of eternal reincarnation and that entailing I will experience everything that is possible to experience including torture. I think eternal reincarnation is more probable than eternal punishment. It’s just a tad bit less worse, because it includes all the good stuff too. If it’s still concerning for you, I bet you’re young so you can feel safe in there being a looong time until you’re gonna die and eventually be able to experience all those things, so for now you can chill

We can’t know with absolute certainty no, but if you strongly don’t believe it, why would eternal punishment be on your mind so much

Ok then I don’t know how to help you. Maybe just do it for your own sake not for someone else. And accept that people have different preference and reasons for rejecting so to not take it personal, but still be open for improving from “mistakes”
