One time I wrote about this thing about ending the cycle of rebirth. It got me thinking, wouldn’t it have happened already in all of eternity? But since we are here it couldn’t have happened. Or maybe it’s possible to end the cycle but then later it restarts, explaining why we are here

You are blessed to have a normal self To be able to experience and explore a deep substantial 3D reality with this self To be able to collect experiences with this self To be able to relate to other selves and form relationships with them To be able to think, to gather knowledge, ingest information, and conceptualize about yourself, your experiences, the world and others To be able to work on yourself to develop to a better self To be able to experience the contrast between self and no self Your normal self might not be the perfect structure, but it’s a base, from which you have the opportunity to work with to improve, or to break apart your normal self is the base for your experience of anything, it’s what’s needed to have any experience at all. It gives substance to the world and others. It’s the foundation for your entire life This is taken for granted because it’s the norm

I think it’s our souls that choose a life for us or maybe some higher entities that persuade the soul into incarnating

You can find a job if you keep searching 2. you can make new friends 3. you can increase chances of getting girlfriend by doing pickup etc 4. self esteem can be improved with work 5. your sickness will eventually pass You’re not in a hopeless situation there is major possibility for change. Don’t give up yet, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

That’s a very good question. I have the same experience. That is why I say the self is much deeper than belief. Why do you believe you exist? Because it seems like you do, the belief doesn’t come from nothing it’s based on a deeper sense. The sense of “I’m here the world is out there” . What it is exactly is hard to say. It’s not like other beliefs like Santa Claus or aliens, it’s based on something that is fundamental to your everyday experience. the most fundamental beliefs are “I’m here” and “there is something” I would say. They go hand in hand, if you feel like you exist , then there automatically is a world (something) separate from you . Some non dualists even say when the sense of self disappears, the sense of a separate world does too, that’s why they say “nothing is happening” or “nothingness”

But then solipsism can’t be true right ? Because it would mean only your pov exists, can’t believe in both simultaneously
