  1. It’s not very confusing. I tend to separate between the absolute truth and relative truths to not get confused. yes I feel a sense of suffering at times. And I want to change it. The suffering is in a way healthy but still unpleasant. I’m trying to deal with it and seeking a way to change it. I’m going to therapy for example. but you gave a sound answer thanks.
  2. @tuku747 why do you say “brains do not exist” it happened to catch my attention
  3. That made me laugh for some reason. Does science say we are light or where does it come from ?
  4. I don’t suffer mentally lately, and when I suffer physically it feels it’s independent of meaning applied to it. It just doesn’t feel good
  5. You wouldn’t say that if it came to life😂
  6. I know right. We can’t help it but to constantly conceptualize things
  7. One could perhaps listen to non dual talkers and see if it ever “rings a bell” and resonates. I wouldn’t follow one guru strictly.
  8. What I’m shooting for is dissolution of the self, if that’s possible. Whatever that entails: equanimity or whatever, “I’m” in for it
  9. What do you mean “to make it non localized” ? thanks for sharing the info . I’ll see what I look into
  10. Cool thanks for sharing. Im inspired by people like that young woman you mentioned who keep living despite horrible conditions. I’ve been having a rough time lately so it’s good to hear such examples. I tend to listen to myself mostly, but sometimes I like to ask others questions.
  11. Understandable
  12. Okay I see. That’s cool I wish you good luck
  13. @Salvijus feel free to share your future experiences here if you want
  14. Go for it. Surrender into it and explore it, I think it’s nothing to worry about. I don’t know exactly what it is or what it does but I know the experience and I just let it be. A few days ago I kind of hallucinated during sleep paralysis that I was being slightly pulled away from my couch. And I felt some sensations there. It’s all fun to explore, nothing to fear imo. Usually sleep paralysis has a negative association but I think if you’re afraid you’re more likely to experience scary things but if you’re relaxed it’s all good
  15. No it’s fine that sounds good.
  16. That’s so cool go for it , I bet it will be fun. For me it just happens spontaneously that I astral travel, and usually the world is not so “vivid” if that makes sense, it’s kinda vague. What is the method you discovered by accident? And may I also ask what food you’re gonna buy I’ve been obsessed with food lately trying new recipes etc so I think that’s interesting lol😂
  17. *drowns myself*
  18. 41: Tonight I dreamt and astral travelled in the dream. Towards the end of the dream I flew in the air on my way back to home. I couldn’t find my home, instead I found a body of water. I figured in order to wake myself up I would drown myself in the water. That’s what I did, I placed my head into the water and then focused on my breathing and then woke up hearing myself breathe a little louder than usual. I found this a bit cool so wanted to share it here. I’m generally fascinated by dreams.
