But it seems from what I’ve read the Nordic nutrition recommendation is based on a big body of research and that’s why I saw it as a good part of a foundation, to see one perspective of what the science says. It’s not for no reason they say that. There’s this quote too I’ve heard “Eat food. Mostly plants, not too much” . I personally don’t follow the recommendation about low fat diary for example. So I don’t follow it all. And I also make sure to feel for myself what feels good to eat
