  1. It’s only efficient if it can lead to real dating , but yea it’s true it’s very unlikely because of the difference in locations of the members here. But you could gain enough of an impression of someone online I think
  2. This is a self development forum so if a man gets a good impression of a woman here and she’s into self help and spirituality I don’t think it’s too weird or desperate if it would spark interest
  3. Why? Women here could be like any woman. So it’s the same as meeting a woman outside somewhere and having the thought of wanting to bag her
  4. He probably thinks the average guy (although men here can be above average in my opinion) are losers in some way anyways so it still doesn’t meet his standard I was actually surprised he mentioned me I didn’t think he had particular respect for me haha😹
  5. He seems like he holds this specific standard for males in particular, that is very high, and sees all else as loser mindset or something, so almost nobody met that standard for him, and it was in the heat of the moment he said it. But i get your point
  6. I’m talking how he is in general based on what I seen. He expressed his views on the matter plenty times
  7. He’s not like that
  8. Maybe you mixed me up with someone because I’ve never taken hormones . I am on meds though but it’s not hormones I’m not sure why you think I give off that vibe 😹Maybe I sound a bit masculine in my responses because it sounds intellectual and cold or something (I tend to be very detached and stoic so yea maybe I am a bit masculine in some way)
  9. I have talked to him personally and seen enough . Where did you get mtf from😹
  10. It’s really important definitely. The mind and the energy body have such effect on the physical . I’ve experienced this myself. When you release tension and energy it heals inflammation all over, clearer skin and all, this I experienced
  11. Congrats, but nobody can replace Noselfself, I just had to say it
  12. Depends on what it does to your mind when you listen to it. I used to in my past maladaptive daydream to music so wanted to abstain from it to quit daydreaming and save myself time. But if you don’t do that and instead music does something like bringing you peace or help you focus then it’s positive. I do believe in the power of a dopamine detox though so if music gives you a high and you abstain I think there’s benefits. It’s like the brain is being forced to adapt to less stimuli, so eventually you’ll need less to get that dopamine, or the brain will be forced to find other ways to give that dopamine, like maybe you start singing yourself to replace the music.
  13. David Goggins is a great thinker for me
  14. Deepest existential question
  15. It requires strength to laugh at misery when you’re in the midst of it
  16. Its what it seems they are saying in this thread
  17. Lmao what😹 did “he” ? I know “he” liked me as a person but not beyond Also I’m confused because candle sent me a private message about a disagreement between “him” and buck edwards so for me it seemed like two people. If not then that’s crazy lengths they went to pretend
  18. Yea. That says enough
  19. I would do the same, only telling people who seem interested, or if they ask. I don’t think speaking about it necessarily sounds like you wanna be more interesting, if someone takes it like that it suggests to me they are insecure
  20. I feel neutral most of the time so that makes some sense. Maybe those upset, euphoric, manic states are more stressful thus require more energy Is it supposed to make me tired? I don’t feel that at all
  21. That feeling is there to push you to become something more. You could see it that way and use it to fuel you. Or if you want to settle down for mediocrity that’s fine too
  22. I can relate to this. When we identify as a person who is a certain way or does something it becomes like a self fulfilling prophecy so we’re more likely to gain momentum and maintain it
