  1. Or now during Easter: Are you the Easter bunny? Because where you’ve been hiding all my life (I know it’s the eggs not the bunny that hides but still you could read it as a verb as in the Easter bunny hides the eggs)
  2. Yea I think so It’s like the brain is the first appearance to produce self awareness. Like a self doesn’t appear in a piece of toilet paper. The configuration of the toilet paper doesn’t produce a self Then the question would be if the self awareness is exclusively tied to the brain. If you destroy the brain you can end self awareness, so there seems to be a connection. But then on the other hand we have things like out of body experiences, or when an astral body with self consciousness travels outside the body. Suggesting self awareness might not be exclusive to the physical brain. Maybe there’s other appearances that can produce self awareness. It’s fascinating
  3. Maybe you should describe more elaborately how that state differs from your normal state, to pin point it more specifically. Like is your self different? Is there less insecurity ?
  4. If reality would write a book wouldn’t it be like the non dualists I see on YouTube like Jim Newman. They are speaking from pure reality with no self
  5. It doesn’t really go together
  6. It’s appealing, it’s not pure explicit non duality. It’s not very strict. So yea maybe that’s an aspect
  7. That looks so healthy. I wonder what he would think about it today.
  8. Exactly . I’ve had some experiences that connect to what u say
  9. Hi from Sweden
  10. That’s the mindset needed to suceed I think or it happens spontaneously
  11. And so what if it’s short? You’ll probably reincarnate again sooner or later. Why would life only appear once? If it could happen this lifetime it could another.
  12. Seems almost impossible that’s why few people succeed and even some of those who do say it’s spontaneous. But maybe a strong desire for it helps.
  13. Yea that direct awareness is crucial or else this is mostly just words. But it’s still fascinating conceptually . So basically absence of limitations makes it possible for me to exist
  14. Video Games - Lana Del Rey It’s magical
  15. Another thing I say is that the brain is designed to produce a self, for self survival. So trying to dissolve it is like going against evolutionary wiring
  16. I thought absence of limitations meant everything is possible lol Yea it’s a bit hard to understand with the mind. I’ll have to read that again
  17. I think too time is the same as change. Or you could say change happens in time. It seems we perceive in time, we perceive the change. How that is possible is probably some complex process in brain. I imagine absence of change as being like a perfectly still image. Imagine if you could keep your eyes perfectly still, it’s not possible but just play with the thought, then there would be no change in visual field, are you saying that is nothing ? But it’s still being perceived.
