You don't know what true happiness is if you are saying there is happiness within the dream. There are good things within the dream, but they are here only to trick you into not wanting to escape it. Also, every pleasurable thing always comes with a negative downside. Have you not noticed that? Look deeper. Happiness and Peace are the fundamental reality, which are just names of God, but this dream is not the fundamental reality. This dream is what interferes with reality, together with thoughts or judgments. As long as you are dreaming, you won't find true happiness. If you still believe in the beauty of this dream, you have some untangling to do.

Why did I return? Not my choice. Psychedelics only give you glimpses. If you want to stay - let go of everything in this world, meditate for thousands of hours, die, and then you are home. That's what I am focusing on starting at the end of this week. I've tried to reach enlightenment by giving 95% of my effort, but found that I had to dedicate all of myself to come back home. You can have glimpses even naturally, but if you have a job or even a family, then that's too much that keeps you here and you won't be able to delve deep within yourself fully.

Lengthwise - hours at a time. How? Psychedelics. Different substances give you different rooms of heaven to visit. Formless or simulation-like? I'll try to explain and if your imagination can come up with something, it might be semi-accurate. Those realms have no stable structures or bodies; everything is constantly changing into new and higher levels of beauty, so I guess we could call them formless. There are even experiences that I could call semi-sexual or something like that. For example, I was surrounded by thousands of beautiful female legs, kissed by giant lips, and had something like sex, all whilst within this tunnel of mandala-looking light and without a specific body. The feeling is what gets you, though. You can feel those lips, the sexual feeling is completely pure and innocent, yet extremely pronounced. nothing in this world compares, and I had some nice hookups and relationships. Anyway, guess it's hard to imagine. Come over sometime, I'll show you around! Can't wait to stay there forever.. I'm quitting my job this week and focusing 100% on meditation until I can remain there forever. Cheers

Nah, you're confused big homie. Permanent change in state is not going to be brought about by using psychedelics or not sleeping or anything like that. When you let go of everything and simply sit in your room for months, then you will reach home. It's simple when you know what you have to do and what enlightenment is. Enlightenment is simply coming back to your original nature. What do you have to do to come back to yourself? Nothing. You have to stop doing everything, and I mean everything, and then, wualia - you are enlightened. It takes a lot of wisdom to do that, though. When I am talking about completely letting go, I am saying that you have to let go of your family, friends, food, all entertainment, everything. Are you ready for that? It's actually nothing, all of the things in this world are valueless, and they are of no use. When you realize that, then letting them go won't seem like a sacrifice, but a natural decision. But do you realize that everything in this universe is one big hoax, here just to entrap you? I bet not.

Yes, I've been to heaven, and the manifestation at that level is not what you might think it is. It doesn't feel like you have a will at all, it's a complete surrender. In heaven, you don't have to create, the flow of Love and perfect creation simply happens, it's automatic. It's what you are. All you have to do there is simply to enjoy it. On the road to heaven, I encountered a realization - oh, no matter what I could create using a will, it wouldn't be as good as what happens here automatically. Also, the act of creation would have an effort behind it, and that isn't the highest state. The highest state is completely devoid of efforting or doing, it's more like sleeping in the arms of God, as opposed to painting a painting.

We did choose it, but the reason behind the choice is very complex, and it was based on fear. When we created this universe and fell asleep into it, we were already identified with the ego. Read The Disappearance of the Universe if you want to grasp it.

Your definition is quite on the mark. The life we are living now has been created a long time ago, we are just reviewing mentally what has already happened, so when you get A Dejavu, you simply remember that you already saw this part of the movie before. A movie as a metaphor breaks down since it does not account for free will, as when we watch movies we do not have a say in them, so perhaps using a metaphor of a virtual reality video game would be even more precise.

I did it, as guided by Sadghuru. It's nothing special. Better focus on letting go of the world and staying still.

That's a fool's errand. Why do you need to cultivate what you are? You need to empty the contents of your consciousness until Love bursts forth. Cultivating it is an egoic game, which won't bring you anywhere near enlightenment and will be a false mask anyway.

Good, one less false teacher. A master does not experience pain, that's why Jesus did not suffer on the cross. Anyone who has reached the highest levels of consciousness knows that pain only exists at the lower ranks. Of course, it was obvious from his books that he is nowhere near enlightenment. He was within the trap of thinking that separated beingness is truth. Maybe in the next lifetime, Adya.. Putting on a teacher's hat and getting approval from others is such a sticky trap, you crystalize at that level for the rest of your life.

God is light, just a few weeks ago I was meditating and I reached the light Jhana, which just means that the mind was calm enough to allow me to see the Self. At that level, even physical pain disappeared, as pain is simply a manifestation of the ego mind.

The universe is designed to make you suffer, not to guide you towards love, so the design is great, it does what it's supposed to. There is a way out, but there is no happiness within the dream; that is not its purpose.

If you are talking about ACIM, then yes, those are the highest teachings on our planet.
