Just go very slow,do things very gently just enough to make progress. Be systematic in doing things instead of relying on emotion to drive u to action

I had enough of orange and blue. With orange i could smell selfishness from a mile away.with blue it is fuking close minded and very idealog.red is very toxic.its soul draining.that leaves green I maybe having green is greenier on other side syndrom.but because of all these toxicity i am planing on becoming a reculse

Take what is useful and discard what is useless.every teacher has some bullshit stuff which we need to ignore.that does not mean his rest of stuff is useless.i even find some of leos material to be bullshit.but that does not mean his rest are not gold.
