  1. By the way, I have watched the reuploaded version of the solipsism video and I don't notice any change. No existential crisis or any profound awakenings. I don't really know what the big deal is about with this video.
  2. If I take a look at my diet, I eat rice, fish, seaweed, yeast, certain spices and a little bit of junk food here and there. If I'm really honest with myself, it could be heavy metals that is causing all of these problems.
  3. @ll Ontology ll I might to read what you said several more times.
  4. @Leo Gura What was the most meaningful discussion you ever had? The conversation with Curt Jaimungal
  5. I really don't mean to put Leo on a pedestal, but I don't notice him engaging in any of my conversations. I would like to receive wisdom from him. What was your favorite piece of wisdom from him? Also, why are there so little amount of posts in this category in comparison?
  6. @Breakingthewall Okay, I can still be cautious of what I do or don't do and I'm not actually afraid right now. I am almost 18, meaning that I can open up to my parents when I have nothing to lose very soon. Even if I did open up to my parents right now, I would still have to go to church and all of that. My life would be intensified by my parents inauthentically if I opened up right now since they would know how radically different I have become. I can't really explain why I am like that, I just am. It's not like I actually need the notebook to open up to my parents. I can tell them verbally, show them my notes digitally or directly show actualized.org if I really wanted to. Getting rid of the notebook can give me a better sense of control of how I go about it. I would agree that fear makes a happy life impossible. I am not saying that I am afraid of the notes being discovered but getting rid of it can give me less fear if I would be afraid. I am moving to a different apartment because it was sold to someone else so leaving it behind would be a permanent decision instead of taking it out of the trash.
  7. @Realms of Wonder What is your favorite question? Why are my conversations so short lived? Is it because I ask bad questions? Is what I post too vague? Have you checked out what I posted?
  8. I have a problem with binging on videogames which is not quite the same thing but the context can be the same.
  9. @Magnanimous Maybe because of the Russian-Ukrainian war but I'm pretty sure there is a deeper reason for recommending that book.
  10. @Razard86 There can be some overlap with cold and fear but it is only in the figurative sense that they are the same. It's like saying that love is "warm".
  11. @Loba Why don't you get out of here?
  12. @Michael Jackson Btw, why did you make fun of me and the people who made the conversation about the forum being dead?
  13. @Loba What are you doing here then? Trying to get people to leave?
  14. Keep in mind that Leo loved philosophy but didn't like the classes for it.
  15. Also, not wearing a seat belt in the video would be taking her idea to the extreme don't you think?
  16. https://youtu.be/avhLg3gUFlw I basically don't have to worry about negative consequences for my notebook but I don't have to throw it out either. I don't have to chose, I can be at peace. Even if I can't retrieve the notebook from the garbage, my notes are safe digitally and don't need to be attached. If you want to know more about what I am talking about you can look at "Letting Go of Fear and Sentimental Value" (an error with adding the link). Teal Swan's video about letting go of worry may seem to contradict choosing consequences and fear being a good thing but this solution is what allows me to be free. It may seem like I am overthinking this right now but that's because I was worrying in the first place and can let that go.
  17. https://youtu.be/oDWDb2vFUKM I know that I use Teal Swan a lot but my intuition has told me to check out her channel (and also because she is pretty).
  18. At first, this may sound like I am requesting another video on duality but I would like to know what things should be kept secret and what things I should be more open about. If something is not only useless but harmful but I find valuable subconsciously, I would like to know how to permanently let that go.
  19. @BreakingthewallDo you think that I found the solution?
  20. @Gianna Do you think that I am cutting myself short on spirituality because social media is distracting me from loneliness? I think that this is the reason why (or at least one of the reason) why I am doing less of the spiritual practices.
  21. The meaning of life I think is that it includes all of the purposes and also no purposes simultaneously since no purpose allows all purposes to be.
  22. @BreakingthewallAlso, why don't you check out what I said over here since it is relevant to the conversation:
  23. @BreakingthewallVery informative, what consequences will I pay if I don't tend towards courage?
  24. I think that seeing ghosts is a state of consciousness that can be accessed. It's difficult to explain what happens in life because of these supernatural occurrences through conventional means.
  25. I heard (from when the video was still available on the blog) that Leo will make an expensive course on Awakening. What can I do now to prepare to buy it by the time it gets released? What are the technical skills that I need to know to pay for online courses in general? No one that I know personally will probably approve this coarse on Awakening so I would like to learn how to purchase it myself and how to invest for it in the future. I'm pretty sure I can research on how to do that but if there is anything I can do, please let me know.
