  1. being (goal-less-ness?), letting go (maybe of attachment to satiation, fulfillment, goal setting), revealing/expanding wonder and awe in immediate experience a form of "cultural grounding" as @Zeroguy may be hinting at?
  2. in the spirit of spitballing... consider being more creative about what you are grateful for and making a practice to develop appreciation as part of your waking routine for example Gary van Warmerdam, of Pathway to Happiness, has an exercise of filling a page with as many things as you can think of which you are grateful for - beyond the usual food, water, family etc. sort... i invite you to try this for a few days! that said... a blank mind allows for such richness of experience deeper than what thought alone offers; delve into feeling, sensation and beyond!
  3. prioritizing or allowing space for it and allowing for re-contextualization of attitude or perspective this is a great resource (thank you Nahm!) : https://www.actualityofbeing.com/emotional-awareness
  4. is variation definitive of reality? or rather indicative of [an adopted] perspective? in any case expression has its part to play! maybe the impression you feel has the deepest impact
