Well you have to ask from experts for that matter I'm really not an expert of it I'm just a researcher a perceiver and an intuitor for what I say at this point. I don't know if it could even be a permanent thing or every time you have to come back and do it again but knowing what to do it becomes easier every time. Yes it is possible. But it needs training of focus. And also letting go. You can also whirl around yourself like galaxies, planets and stars with your eyes closed; it's called dance of sama in sufism and it's a very powerful technique; but do it in a safe place; and you can instantly lose yourself in the vastness of the Universe; I'm afraid every time I do it and I cannot go outside of my body but it is indeed a very powerful technique.

I saw some others also saying he was a yogi and in his lost years went to India and learned kyria yoga from enlightened yogis. Basically everyone wants to make him and any other very influential person in history exclusive for their own culture.

Being anti dogma paradoxically ultimately becomes a dogma itself if taken to the extreme. Just be at ease with yourself and then others when it gets hard to be perfect in times. Embrace imperfections and flaws when you no longer can be perfect and it's just bothering you and you can't seem to decide which way to go and you become so much indecisive and doubtful in the dilemmas of life. Have faith that it (your life) will become the best it can in the end; you've come this far and you can also go further. You can strive for perfection later again if you want.

Realisation and becoming more councious always has to happen within oneself and with their own free will and choice. You can never force an ignorant and unconcious person conscious or realised. (Not claiming I'm realised or concious I'm also very much of an ignorant myself in many ways) But it can never be forced. You have to teach them like a child and be patient with them. Goodluck telling someone what you're doing is limited and not right and not the best for you without them being willing to listen to you; it will backfire very badly. So if aliens do exist and are way more conscious than us then they have to do it in the same manner as well; gradually without enforcement making us more conscious.
