  1. @Nahm Thank you! I've already started training my lower back (doing bridges at the moment, but I'll try what you suggested too) and recently cleaned up my diet. It is really empowering to hear from you that this apparently is the right path and that with time the issue will resolve. Have you experimented with different cushion heights? A friend has told me that mine is apparently quite high. It's the first and only one I ever got, so while I'm used to it and feel comfortable with it, I'm not sure if it's ideal.
  2. True, but as you have said yourself in a few episodes I remember, you can (and probably should) do a lot of things to help implement what you experience. So what he is talking about is mainly the full package of things you do along with taking it. At least that is how I read it.
  3. @captainamerica I like the idea! Don't you think the best path would be to experiment and find out for yourself though? That way you would already have a solid experience base to create the system on.
  4. Is everything you say a lie?
  5. @Robby Thanks man, much appreciated! I'm now also thinking about polishing my notes up and sharing them
  6. @Baotrader Soo happy to hear from you brother! You're absolutely right that in the end you have to make the decision, just know that there is all the options and all the support! Not sure if it's an option for you, I'm just throwing it in here as an option: Why don't you go full on sage mode, completely leave the old "you" behind? I might be naïve about this (not saying it is easy though), but that way you could actually stop "your life" and still have the chance to start a new path and potentially find insane fulfilment. It has been offered by other that are probably more helpful than me, but I also want to let you know that I will always take time for you to text/call me if you want However you decide, infinite love my friend <3
  7. @ground Beautiful answer Thanks! @Nahm Wow, incredible description! How did you find that posture when the body just sits on it's own without any muscle tension? My back muscles always hurt after a while because they are just a little bit tense to keep the upper body upright and from falling over.
  8. I found that quite often people project onto you what they do not want to see in themselves (but actually subconsciously know is there). On a dating side this makes sense. I would guess that quite a few people are on there because want connection/sex/validation/whatever on the one hand, but on the other hand they do not really admit to themselves exactly what they want/the full scope of it. Might be because of social programming. So as a result of that there is a subtle breach in their authenticity that they then see in you, who seems to be quite clear about what she wants on there (are you really though? ) I just realized while typing this that I might have actually just projected that image onto "quite a few people that use dating sites", so take it with a grain of salt. Did you draw your profile pic yourself?
  9. Thank you! I actually got the Kriya book that you recommended but haven't started yet because I was kind of intimidated. But I have actually just cleaned up my diet, so I feel ready. Haven't done a lot of labelling mindfulness meditation, did quite a bit if Vipassana though. Really has done quite a lot for me, can highly recommend it.
  10. @Leo Gura Do you still think the method of self inquiry you taught is the best way to arrive at insights like this? I have no access to 5-MeO at the moment. I feel like I'm not making any progress with it (I understand that this is intended). So can I still trust in that process?
  11. Why not wait a bit? You will die at some point anyway and will therefore have enough time to be dead. The world wants you and your creative gift! You are beautiful and unique. People love you and more people that you do not even know yet will love you too. And you will love them! Keep going, you already see that you have our support, no matter what! <3
  12. I wouldn't say no to that either Nice, liiiink plz!! Do you think your relationship to art is something you can develop from valuing it? I love music more than anything, but I'm still shit and actually quite unmotivated a lot of times. Yeah, +1 on that. I work in marketing in an orthopaedics company right now. Work is alright, the people are mostly orange-ish, but I get along with them quite well (orange people in general actually). I think the stages do not necessarily correlate 100% with profession, for me my job is more of a means to an end at the moment. Isn't horrible, I learn some stuff, pays the bills while I develop as a musician and as a sage.
  13. Very interesting question actually, I've also thought about this. I think on a meta perspective, everything is just perceptions, so art always "just" stimulates the senses. But that is not really useful in the context of this thread. So I'll just throw two bands in here that I think I know where to put: Yellow: Tool (Fav. album: Lateralus) Animals as Leaders (Fav. album: Weightless) Tool is very overtly psychedelic (Alex Grey, that was posted above, created some of their Cover artworks) but has a very logical, nerdy quality to it musically. Just the song Lateralus is an absolutely crazy piece of art in terms of complexity (it's based on the Fibonacci sequence which appears on multiple levels throughout the song (syllables of verses, rhythm, lyrics...). Animals as Leaders is progressive instrumental metal stuff, also very psychedelic, incredibly complex. I can recommend the songs "An Infinite Regression" and "To Lead You to an Overwhelming Question" from Weightless. Have fun
  14. Neat, what did you use to make it?
  15. I would also be interested in perspectives on how to handle this phenomenon!
  16. Alright! You do not seem to resonate with my approach, but what you talk about seems like you might be into stoicism. I guess you already know that, but you might be able to find some nice resources about the topic if you specifically search for "stoic sexuality" or something. Let us know in case you find some useful material!
