Maybe you don't like working there or you feel as if they would have judged you in some way if you told them. Your ego-mind felt threatened by that question for some reason so you became defensive and all that jazz. Do some shadow work

We have the power to consciously choose the people we surround ourselves with and create the right environment for ourselves so that we can lucid dream happily. ^^

For that you have to see the ego-mind for what it is. No quick fix for that. You need to put in the work. Consciousness work.

@Vzdoh Also, don't fall into the trap of believing your current shadows will stay with you forever. As you do more and more consciousness work you will witness the dissolution & transcendence of low consciousness aspects of your psyche. You need to have some mind shattering breakthroughs for that and a consistent spiritual practice. If you do things right, you will start seeing the ego-mind for what it really is and all its projections of 'shadows' that you've been dreaming up your whole life and unconsciously attached to your sense of self.

@tommysalerno Maybe you should consider introducing her to meditation & breathwork first. Be strategic and consider a lighter approach at first. Then, see if she opens up for more. Good timing is king

@RMQualtrough While being in a lucid dream, when I feel my visual field starting to fade away, one trick I found is stopping myself from blinking and fixate my eyes on a specific spot of what I can see and then everything returns back to normal and I find myself mantaining lucidity and continue the adventure hehe. This is the catch. When you feel everything fading out just stop blinking, keep your eyes WIDE open and keep your visual gaze fixated on a certain spot until everything feels grounded again.

@roopepa I think you should start working towards having your human basic needs met first and then come back to doing consciousness work when you feel that your life situation doesn't make you worry & struggle. When you no longer feel uneasy about the survival game and you get your life together, that's when you might want to continue what you started and you'll figure out the right path for you from there. But focus on personal development, building a good life and self mastery first. Much love ?

Consciousness' will is what determines which experience to have out of the infinite sea of possibilities. Yes, you are absolite infinity and at the same time you are the free will itself. God knows exactly what it's doing at any time and it can will anything into existence, any kind of experience it wants to have.

I recomment doing siddhis in lucid dreams. One night I became lucid in one of my dreams and decided to materialize a few strawberries in my palm which tasted exactly how they do in the waking state. They magically appeared in my hand. I was thrilled beyond measure, finding myself jubilating in the joy of knowing that i am capable to manifest things out of thin air lol, in a matter of seconds even. The next day, my aunt came to visit me and gifted me a nice pack of strawberries which tasted just like the ones I manifested in my dream. I knew I manifested the whole thing because I was willing them into existence prior to that while being in the dream state. That was hilarious haha.

@AdamR95 That's because You are infinite. Consciousness is always infinite no matter what kind of experience it's having. The process of dividing ideas and the result which is being experienced are just part of the dream. If you place an 'object' inside a box and seal it up it doesn't mean consciousness stops being infinite. It just means that you are experiencing what it's like to see a box being sealed up.

It's only when you realize you are both the One who created the 'prison' and the One that have been experiencing what it's like to feel like you are imprisoned that you break free from the illusion. You thank yourself for the fact that you are your own saviour. You wake up, that's when you become a lucid Dreamer

You are creating the reality and you experience it simultaneosly, because in the absolute sense there is not time. You are the actor and the movie. The writer, the book and the reader. The One that comes up with the idea and the one who is being taken by surprise by his own creation.
