I got lured in aswell two years ago because it felt so true and it made so much sense From my experience, people in the community said that the new generation of incels ruined the incel community and it turned into a edgy fest of teens. It was supposed to be for figuring out ways to increase your attractiveness. that was the point of the blackpill to help the ugly people ascend from inceldom(xD). There's huge differences between being a blackpiller and a incel. Blackpill acknowledges that their faces are the reason why they can't pull numbers, so they go into looksmax communities to look for help, but that also got hijacked by teens now. Incels just wait for their death and sometimes visit sanctionsuicide(this got taken down by petition due to people suiciding and suicidal people giving advice on how to suicide without feeling pain) to resonate there better. @Enlightenment I think the most used gif is the one with Sean' o pry that says "Keep on coping you utter subhuman" xDD
  8. @InsecureAnon I think the best way to break out of this perspective is to watch gruesome videos. It helped me a lot from breaking out of your mindset because by watching these videos, it forced me to realize how lucky I am. It's definitely possible to go even more suicidal but if you have nothing else left, then just try this out because it can probably destroy your mindset quickly. I was in your shoes and I'm still am but I've been starting to heal a bit by looking for good copes, like spirituality. yay. here are some copes that are so generic but it's helpful and you probably know them since you've tried to look for copes. -Look for celebrities that are the same height and look up for them and you can probably resonate with them because you're the same height as him/her. (this makes me chuckle because this doesn't work most of the time) -Go onto websites that are about height struggles and you'll probably feel better since you're not alone. (this one is legit tbh) -Compare yourself to uglier people(generic as fuck xD) The only fastest practical way is to watch gruesome videos and visual yourself in their shoes and you'll either feel suicidal or realize how stupid you are about how you wasted so much time fixating over this. Good luck man. I feel your fucking pain. I developed bruxism from this mindset because of how depressing it was :(. I sometimes wonder if I'm going to break out.

Don't you think it's worth it? I started my looksmaxing journey when I was 17 yrs old and my rating was 4PSL(5/10 with the normie scale). Now I'm 18 yrs old and above average YAY.You should start now before you get older and just play the game like it's always been.

  15. What if you cut out everything but one thing? Will my mind be more motivated to do that one thing and give me more pleasure in doing that? Whenever I have involuntary thoughts, will it just consist of thoughts related to that one thing?

What we found, in regard to judgement, is that it doesn’t feel good, only to the judge, and never to the judged. I am feeling the alignment or discord of my thoughts. Mom’s feeling hers.   21. @kinesin There are actually 2 distinct things which people generally refer to as 'anxiety'. Cognitive anxiety, and physical arousal. To clarify, arousal doesn't refer to sexual arousal but simply energetic activity in the nervous system which produces anxiety's physical symptoms such as jitteriness, raised heart rate, fast breathing, sweating etc. Cognitive anxiety can and often does produce physical arousal, but not all physical arousal is the result of cognitive anxiety. I have Cognitive anxiety for sure and it's perpetual, maybe that's why I can't learn relatively fast anymore. 'Are you worried or fearful of something in particular which leads to your symptoms, or do the symptoms originate seemingly out of nowhere? Are they more mental or physical in nature?" Yes, I'm fully aware of my problems and the source of it but my anxiety is hindering me from doing it because I fear judgement from my family ngl.
