  1. Kinda agree with @Arcangelo I'd say go with 1 and be open and honest with him unless you want to change the boundaries you have with close friends- then go with 3.
  2. Yeah it's effective imo I don't do it for long but it really helps doing it before regular mindfulness/mindfulness with labelling meditation.
  3. @Egzoset No thanks @levani I've only tripped once on LSD. I actually tripped a day earlier than I was supposed to, because I wanted to finish my uni assignment on Friday then trip on Saturday. I changed my mind, tripped on Friday and finished my uni assignment on the Saturday and I felt like I studied better post-trip- felt clarity and it was pretty fun Can't speak long term.
  4. @How to be wise Damn, you lost your virtual girlfriends bro
  5. In regards to some of the posts here portraying mods as being so power hungry or acting all superior...Where? Who? Lmao. Maybe this is an occurrence on other forums, but I doubt anyone here has some God complex (??). Sexy green name = God. I'm constantly learning from all users and never have I considered myself superior. We are literally ALL learning from each other in one way or another, whether that be explicitly or learning through others' shortcomings (including my own lol). Perhaps some of you are taking this mod status too seriously yourself, in regards to Idolizing mods too much, as some of you have mentioned- no one's perfect. Tbh even some of you Idolizing Leo can get silly at times ?? Mods are just regular users who had interest in helping out and are also deemed responsible enough. Not that deep. And I've made some small mod mistakes in the past, no big deal. Other than that I don't see the extra fuss here. I will say perhaps I need to look into these "trolling tactics" ?? (Tbf I remember one user that I was helping out who people were calling troll, who turned out to obviously not be a troll- so my judgement was alright there).
  6. Woww!! Talented guy Love your last complete painting!
  7. It will be at least next summer by the time majority of people are vaccinated, and it'll take some time for this artificial herd immunity to kick in. Hopefully the new strain can be dealt with too. So yeah it could be "alright" by next summer, but things are still uncertain and it will take some time to progress completely back to pre-covid times even after most people are vaccinated. But ofc it would be a blessing for it to be over! But for now, it's best to just to look for the good in the bad situations and practice gratitude in these uncertain times tbh ?
  8. @Max1993 Awww, yesss!!! Love it, crying is therapeutic AF. @kras Mann, well done for being so strong!! I'm here for you to listen/speak to if you want (DM me), including possible things that could help
  9. You honestly wouldn't know. There was no proper verification of girls' ages and they didn't really give a shit about proper monitoring. And there was defo many trafficking victims.
  10. This is how Northerners have been feeling for months whilst the South has had relatively less restrictions. People are going to complain either way. Also, only HOURS before Eid in the North, local lockdowns were announced lmao. Obvs not comparable to Christmas in England and it does suck. But again, people would still be complaining if these restrictions weren't there for Christmas. Idk man, the situation is gonna stay shitty until at least a year from now I'd say...
  11. Obviously nightclubs can't operate how they were pre-covid, but it does suck for the industry and there should be way more support for you guys. Sunak did put extra billions into funding the arts, haven't heard anything specifically for clubs though
  12. @Raphael ?? no wonder the vid is sponsored by a men's grooming brand, for all the guys watching hahaha
  13. By not reminiscing about the past and expressing gratitude for the unique beauty and experience of climbing the hill in the present moment
  14. Yeah, true. I'm 7 hours in and it's not bad, it does add some extra stuff in terms of my general LoA knowledge. The secret society info was intriguing and makes a lot more sense than that BS satanic conspiracy stuff haha. Very true, and I like that quote! The teachability index itself involves being open minded and neither too naive nor too arrogant in order to keep learning, which adds to the credibility IMO, it's also the kinda mindset that is promoted on this forum of questioning and not believing everything at face value.
  15. @BlackMaze In terms of reducing procrastination, you could perhaps try this "Mini habits" technique, which is definitely effective with many examples of results in the comments of the vid below. It just makes starting much easier, e.g. telling yourself you only need to do 5 minutes of work but doing it consistently every day and ending up doing much more! (Sounds silly at first and too low of a goal, but sometimes procrastination can occur from high expectations which leads to a procrastination-negative emotion cycle). In terms of enjoying the process, actively find the fun stuff with the skills you're learning, and maybe switch up between different tasks to keep you interested, or sometimes sticking to one can kind of activity can create flow. Idk, I guess just experiment and see what works for you.
  16. @Striving for more Lol just do it then Sometimes following your gut is better than logic...if you have the right mindset in place
  17. I can't remember if I said, but congrats on 1 mill!! ? What is your favourite video on your channel? Are there any topics you filmed and never uploaded? What is your biggest regret? Do you wear trousers (pants) when you record videos?
  18. Thiss! Coincidentally, I was looking at dream apartments in Barcelona last night and I've never considered it before ?
  19. Ofc a blue religious/sexist POV will say yes and a pickup POV may want to say no ? I mean in terms of emotional and spiritual well-being (for single women). Thoughts?
  20. @Kalki Avatar @Sagar Takker Great stuff!! Just saw that Kevin also has a history of fraud and being jailed for it lmao, I guess not everyone who utilizes LoA is conscious and we can learn from him regardless but still...
  21. Why be fueled by anxiety of the worst case scenario when you can be fueled by excitement of the best case scenario? Negative motivation can cause stress in life, and stress can lead to a whole load of additional difficulties, including physical symptoms and health problems. Don't make your life more difficult, be kind to yourself Positively motivating yourself is great but also don't be constantly focused on the future outcome, and enjoy the process in the present moment too!
  22. Strong ego or healthy ego ? A healthier ego surely doesn't mind if you detach from it, but wouldn't a strong ego be harder to break down...
  23. Turning from toxic blue to a less restrictive healthy blue attitude (mixed with some green)
