  1. As mentioned above about diet, a plant-based diet does wonders for your energy levels! You don't have to go full vegan but incorporating more healthy, nutritious, plant based meals into your week should improve your energy levels a lot. Also maybe try starting your day with a healthy smoothie, I have one similar to the one in Leo's video (spinach, kale, banana and blueberries with almond milk as the core ingredients for me).
  2. Hi, One of my aims this academic year is gaining better social skills, however after watching Leo's recent videos on the idea of 'awareness alone is curative' and the patience video to do with a lack of results, I am slightly confused as they contradict each other. If I want to get better at talking to people and use the awareness technique it would mean that I simply took no action and stayed in the same introverted state whilst being aware of it but this contradicts the idea of going out there and actually taking action to change my habits via the exponential success curve. Can anyone shine a light in the gaps of my understanding, and how I should go about becoming more social and extroverted? Thanks
  3. But what about growth? Surely the unwanted behaviour will autocorrect itself as Leo has stated, otherwise everyone would learn to love any bad habits about themselves and there would be no self actualisation occuring
  4. I'm an 18 year old girl living in a Muslim family too! I've not had marriage mentioned by parents yet though thankfully
  5. Fellow UK A level students Allow me to introduce myself and my situation: I am 18 years old, currently in year 13 and I was disappointed in most of my AS level results. I have decided to resist all my AS exams in bio, Chem and maths alongside my A2 so I have 14 exams in total to sit this summer and I am feeling the pressure. I have improved somewhat from last year but I don't think it's enough for my target of achieving AAA. I know exactly what I need to do to achieve my goal tbh and have made a list of tasks that need too be done until exams start, but I find it hard to be consistent! In addition, I have decided to take a gap year so I will be applying to university next year, with my hopefully improved A2 grades. Good luck guys!
  6. I wish you luck! I'm in a similar position as you, with 14 a level exams to sit this summer... I know I'm intelligent enough to achieve top grades but some days waste away due to procrastination. Due you implement any daily rituals such as meditating, Yoga.etc?
