  3. Wake up. (Never later than 8:00 am, and always having my alarm clock in another room that the bedroom) Cold shower and hygiene. Breakfast. Under and after breakfast I usually read poetry, meditating and planning my day. Brush my teeth, and putting on some "real" clothes. Begin my day.
