  1. Everything has it's positives and negatives, but I must say I'm struggling to find the positives in this one. Wearing a VR headset the whole day, not getting actual face time with people, seems like less and less connection. At some stage people are going to wake up and realize that this kind of technology really isn't making there lives any better. Steve Jobs said it's the best storytellers that have the power, like Walt Disney for example, but Jobs said he was tired of that bullshit and wanted to create a new narrative. Surely planet earth is capable of creating something a little bit more life affirming than the metaverse.
  2. I hear you, the group feature on Facebook is valuable for business though, so it also has it's positives for sure.
  3. Paradoxically I wonder if all this tech might not speed up awakening even more. With online avatars and such, even normies might have moments where there's a sense of detachment from who they thought they were, and some deeper recognition might arise spontaneously.
  4. Some years ago I asked a meditation teacher, how to go beyond the so called matrix. She said to simply realize: All is Divine.
  5. Weed can be useful for contemplation every now and again, in small amounts. Definitely would not use it every day.
  6. All cultures have their own pointers to deeper truth. If the Vedic culture was able to deliver knowledge like Vedanta, then their version of astrology might be something interesting to study.

  8. Deep growth can also happen during these periods of feeling purposeless. Lean into it and surrender.
  9. @Leo Gura I somehow had a hunch that your insights into this fascinating system could be quite epic.
  10. @Endangered-EGO I hear you, but can't we replace the "soulless robots" thing, with "seeing the Light of Consciousness shining through all". (another quote I think from Spira)
  11. @charlie cho You might enjoy this channel, some of the most conscious insights into the Enneagram I've seen.
  12. @charlie cho Yes, and I like the way the Enneagram also gives more insight into our natural path of growth in life. I'm a 4 who needs to integrate more of the discipline of a 1. The nr 4 also tends to believe that everyone else has it easier than they do. When I learned that this was a lens that 4 was viewing the world through, all of a sudden it dissolved. Quite amazing really. Going to study this system in more depth. I guess it also comes down to: to know God, know thyself.
  13. Yeah, I'm finding it to be a very useful tool in noticing the games I play with myself
  14. @Leo Gura For me this is still your most controversial claim ever Looking forward to hearing more about this topic in a future video. Thank you for all the amazing work you doing.
  15. @SQAAD Yeah, coffee can actually serve as good medicine for a while, in the same way that porn can be like medicine, ie self soothing. And I feel that there's a divine timing as to when some of these things simply let go of us, as opposed to us letting go of them.
  16. Try going cold turkey on coffee for a month after you had 2 or 3 cups every day for a year, not so easy I think it's all about association, I associate coffee with warm conversation and upbeat creative energy.
  17. @Mason Riggle, so if I have addiction to caffeine is it serving similar purpose as addiction to heroin, in the sense that the caffeine buzz might be causing me to avoid feeling certain subtle aspects of my shadow ?
  18. @Mason Riggle Yeah, thank God that's one of the few things I did not try in my 20's.
  19. @Mason Riggle Interesting, so what precisely is it about heroin that makes it so extremely addictive would you say ? I imagine there's a sense of the whole world and all one's problems melting away.
  20. @Mason Riggle I'm curious, have you had spiritual experiences of bliss that surpass heroin in terms of wonderfulness ?
  21. Everything physical you see right now is God's Will. I'm paraphrasing from the episode: Does free will exist, what is will ?
