Yes, its important to have those aspects for a well functioning life. Just notice though that you have still linked happiness to aspects 'external' to you. What happens when connection, or purpose, or growth, or friendship, or health, or abundance, or security, or comfort, or love, seem to disappear for a while ? Will you still be happy then ?

Well done, yeah shame can hold us back. But ultimately we never did anything wrong to be ashamed of. We always did the best we could with what was available to us in the moment. And we're always infinitely loved.

If a panic attack does happen, what helps to calm down, is to look around the room, and name out loud different things you see, like door, wall, chair, mirror etc. It helps to bring one back to now and feel safe again.

I would also add, to really do the work of self healing in a lot of depth, so you dont end up taking on a project to compensate for something else. In other words having real clarity.
