  1. Castenada books are for shamans, but each shaman has their own path. I've delt with inorganic beings before and work with them using intent. They are called archons, or demons and I have one that does my bidding when I need to "take a step back" to retrieve certain information. I find that it is better to follow synchronicity sometimes, and just see what happens without attaching anything to it. You can bring IOB's forth for information pertaining to the other side. I found some of his books interesting, but it isn't how I do things, though I do use some of his terminology because it's just easier... There are some I use when gazing. They symbolize life after death, the things that occupy that space in between.
  2. Just to heal, other than that I don't have a goal in mind. Whatever happens, happens. Maybe to feel a bit more free, while also maintaining a sense of connection to my home/the land/backyard or whatever. So, pets, gardening, maybe that's it. Art. Sometimes. Writing. Also sometimes.
  3. Enter the Void Kid dies on DMT in Tokyo, this is what his soul went through.
  4. I say no, for all the reasons others here have said no.

Beauty and death are one and the same.
  7. I evolved... like just now, I got smarter. Check this out, this must be what God does, it gives a good answer into why, too.
  8. I don't know, you tell me. Bright delphic disillusions Paints the way, vivid grey Follow that, luring path And take the leap Right where it.. Here they come, twilight times Prepare yourself, for the fall Let dark light ease the impact And take the leap Right where it ends Bright delphic disillusions Paints the way, vivid grey Follow that, luring path And take the leap Right where it ends
  9. I never really got into video games, but this one I loved, I played it at my baby sitter's house after school. Black one at peppers.
  10. Forever this, I remember the first time I heard it, I cried.
  11. Alchemy - look into the magnum opus. It should have elements of nigredo, albedo, cintrinitas and then rubedo to make artwork come alive. Incorperate these four elements into any artwork that you do and it will become a philosopher's stone.
  12. If anyone here understood how reincarnation works, how souls work - that they exist - you'd think twice about pro-abortion. What we need are better services for mothers and children, better sex education, free contraceptives and day-after pills. It is your body, but the baby is also a living human being, and such decisions need to be well thought out.
  13. I'm pro-life, except when it consists of the baby or mother being born severely disabled, or the mother has complications. I think we need better sex education in schools, and free contraceptives for women. This would drastically help. There's a middle ground to all of this and it involves keeping people informed.
  14. I agree with being able to monitor the journals. I want to be able to remove comments because it's actually a closed journal, but everyone is allowed to read - I would just prefer to have it organized as I use it to organize my thoughts, and go through them - it can mess up my work sometimes to have other people's comments in my journal - I use it as an automatic writing kind of thing and wanna keep that flow and I don't want to ask the mods to delete anything because they might accidentally warn someone or they might get the wrong impression. Anyone is free to read my stuff, though, I don't care one way or the other about that - but I might like to keep it accessible for this site only and not unregistered users, but IDK - just I guess more control over my own journal, like I'd like to be able to edit old posts in it.
  15. I voted yes, but tbh I don't care one way or the other. Whatever y'all wanna do.
  16. This is nature, survival of the fittest. We don't have lions and wolves eating us anymore and we don't die off from illness like we used to. So humans who would not normally exist, do. God doesn't heal you, because nature is more complicated than that. I nearly died from autoimmune disease back in 2016, and it result in spiritual awakening - sometimes illness is the cure, in a weird way.
  17. The greatest threat to mankind is the lack of compassion. Compassion is the cure for wetiko/devilry. Can you See it? Wetiko is the virus of the ego gone out of control, it is the lack of interconnection, just like the video I posted above on feedback loops, when we don't tend to those loops, they disintegrate and what is left is the virus of the mind, the ultimate nam-shub.
  18. I know this energy and work with it. Fenrir is a good archetypal name for it. Or "Wetiko". It sounds like this - and works like this: It is the other side of the coin, untethered chaos.
  19. @Leo Gura I don't know if I am being selfish or not, most actions are rooted in some form of selfishness. I just hope you're right, and that we don't end up with a barren, pollution stricken planet. Each species is part of a feedback loop caused directly and indirectly - what do we do if we deplete the earth of too many and ecosystems fall apart? That's happening now, and people aren't taking the right course of action to change it. Who said? It's more like, I just feel it. I feel the planet sometimes if I spend weeks in nature, I can predict cycles after some time. I can also feel the collective positivity and negativity - and it feels like, like we are moving too fast in certain areas of development and eschewing other areas, collectively. I feel like, some sort of ritual to get in touch with these energies is going to be a necessity soon.
  20. @Leo Gura I don't worry for myself, but I do worry for the state of the planet and the future generations. We have to worry about them. It won't affect me as much in this lifetime, but it will affect the generation below me.
  21. @Leo Gura The stupidity of mankind, that's why we probably will be in an apocalyptic age before too long... You think we can evolve before the planet runs out of resources? I don't think we can. I think the only way out is through individual awakening. I've had a lot of insight into what Shunya talks about, there is a darkness in mankind, something that spreads - wetiko - and to see it is to cure it, but it feeds on illusion, and people would prefer to die in their illusions than to see the light, and they would rather take everyone down with them if possible. I think you're too idealistic about what man can accomplish, I don't think we are in a good spot at all. I don't think you are qualified to make a statement about the future of mankind. All anyone can do is ride it out, try to do the best they can by others to the best of their ability - and to try and manifest a better world. But if the world ends, I'm alright with it - let nature try again. We aren't the most important species in the world. Just a blip on the radar of the universe, really.
  22. I've had an NDE and I felt everyone's soul around me. I don't believe in solipsism and Leo has it wrong, y'all are just parrots.
  23. Plant medicines, meditation, journaling, memento mori, asking questions, reading, creating. Wait to ask questions from others, only when you feel it is exactly the right time to get the message. I rode a grey horse, a mule roany mare Grey mane and grey tail, a green stripe down her back Grey mane and grey tail, a green stripe down her back There wasn't a hair on her Be-what was coal black She stood so still, she threw me to the dirt She bruised my heart and bruised my shirt From stirrup to saddle I mounted again And on my ten toes I rode over the plain In Nottamun town, not a soul would look up Not a soul would look up, not a soul would look down Not a soul would look up, not a soul would look down To show me the way To Nottamun town Met the King and the Queen and a company more A-marching behind and a-marching before Came a stark-naked drummer a-beating a drum With his hands in his pocket come marching along To Nottamun town In Nottamun town Not a soul would look up, not a soul would look down Not a soul would look up, not a soul would look down To show me the way To Nottamun town
