  2. There Are 5 Mantras To Become More Enlightened Here’s why they work… Did you know your soul is already Enlightened and Ascended? In other words, your soul is already intelligent and wise, ever compassionate, unconditionally loving, deeply peaceful, joyfully happy, playfully light-hearted, optimistically positive, free-flowing, creative, fulfilled and harmonious. Now, you just need to get the rest of your thinking, feelings, and beliefs to catch up with it. One way to help you do that is to repeat specific affirmations and powerful mantras on spiritual light while you are in a meditative state. Your soul is already a radiant light. By putting your focus on your inner light it expands and brightens because whatever you pay attention to grows, whether it’s your favorite hobby, your relationship or your soul. For example: Relax and repeat the following while keeping your attention on your Heart-Soul Center in the center of your chest… Practice Saying These 5 Mantras To Become More Enlightened Slowly And Reverently, Pausing For Several Seconds Between Each Statement… I allow myself to ascend into light I love the light of my soul I invite the light to fill me and surround me The light feels good I love the light The light of your soul is your most transformational resource, so you’ll want to spend time discovering its gifts. 4. Mantras are sounds or vibrations that create a desired effect, such as healing, transformation, or self-awareness, to a specific area of your body and/or life. There are mantras for everything; here a few practical uses for you to try. Everything in creation is, at its most refined level, sound or vibration. Every tree, every flower, every part of your body has its own unique vibration. Even the qualities you express in your life such as happiness, joy, abundance, and love are vibrations. When you are healthy, happy, and vibrant, these vibrations are harmonizing with each other like a magnificent cosmic symphony. However, if the vibration of any area becomes distorted, the harmony breaks down, leading to a lack of wholeness and some discomfort in your life. Many forms of healing are based on knowing the correct sound or vibration and reintroducing it into that area, whereby you can restore the balance, harmony, and comfort once again. Nature itself is full of sounds—birds singing, the wind blowing through the trees, waves breaking on the beach, innocent children laughing, and so many more. Unfortunately, for much of our time nowadays, we separate ourselves from nature. When you spend time in nature, listening to these sounds, your physiology becomes harmonized with the rhythms and flow of nature. All traditions of the world have used sound for healing, whether the beating of a drum, a bell, a gong, or a sacred chant. The ancient Vedic Tradition of India has taken this a step further, exploring and refining the use of sound over thousands of years to formulate it into the Vedic Science of Mantras. Mantras are specific sounds or vibrations whose effects are known. When either chanted aloud or repeated silently, they can create a desired effect in any area of your physiology or life—for healing, transformation, and inner awakening. This is, of course, a vast subject and there are mantras for everything from curing snakebites to spiritual awakening. It would take a whole lifetime to master this wisdom; however, we’ll discuss a few of the more practical uses here. Healing Mantras As we’ve discussed, everything is sound and any discomfort or disease is a distortion of the sound in some area of the body. Reintroducing the correct sound helps to restore the harmony in that area. Healing mantras are normally repeated with the attention in the area of discomfort—or, you could say, directing the vibration to where it is needed. There are some powerful healing mantras, which are best learned from a qualified teacher; however, here are some of the simpler ones: For the sinuses: Mmmmm For the ears: Nnnnnnn For the eyes: Eeemmm For the throat: Gaa Gha For the jaw: Yaa Yu Yai The vowels sounds can also be used for healing. Aaa Eeeee Eye Ooooo Uuuuuu These are non-local, meaning you can chant one of them and direct its vibration wherever you choose. 5. Find the phrase or word that can get you through difficult times…or help you keep going. Whether they’re tweeted with a hashtag or played on repeat in your brain, mantras have helped WW members reach their goals—and they can help you, too. Mantras have been a part of Eastern spirituality for thousands of years. (In Sanskrit, the word means “instrument of the mind.”) The idea is that by repeating a phrase, a word, or even a sound, you can calm your mind, ward off anxious thoughts, and remind yourself what you should be doing differently or what you want to accomplish. Now, however, people are embracing new types of mantras: ones that motivate them to walk more, stick to their diet, and take control of their health. “Reciting a phrase over and over helps us internalise the message,” says Susan Peirce Thompson, PhD, an adjunct associate professor of brain and cognitive sciences at the University of Rochester and the author of Bright Line Eating. “Every action exists in thought first, and when you change your thinking, you change your behaviour.” In addition, a mantra can help you silence your inner critic—that tiny, nagging voice that doubts your ability to meet your goal. In that case, repeating a motivational phrase like “5K a day” may help spur you into action enough times that the behaviour becomes automatic and habitual. How to create a mantra to form healthy habits The first step to finding a personal health mantra is to choose one thing that you want to accomplish, says Mary Jane Ryan, a personal change coach and the author of Habit Changers: 81 Game-Changing Mantras to Mindfully Realize Your Goals. Use firm language Ryan tells people to use strong words. Choosing a definitive statement puts you back in control of your actions, she says. This way, you’re not relying on the unconscious part of your brain that wants a doughnut. Whatever you do, Ryan says, don’t use the word should. “Saying ‘I should’ or ‘I shouldn’t’ do something causes you to feel guilty, and guilt is a very toxic emotion,” she explains. “We tell ourselves we shouldn’t eat something, but when we do, we feel terrible. It’s like a spiral of misery.” Make it catchy “A mantra should be short enough that you can remember it,” says Ryan, who recommends keeping it to no more than six words. For example, if you want to overhaul part of your diet, try saying something like, “Water instead of wine,” she says. And yes, you get bonus points for using alliteration. “When you articulate a sound [over and over], that repetition is almost like music,” says Marlynn Wei, MD, a psychiatrist and the coauthor of The Harvard Medical School Guide to Yoga. “By focusing your attention on one particular word or syllable, you prevent your mind from wandering and thinking about your work or deadlines, for example.” Say it every day It takes time to create a new habit—but you can’t internalise your mantra’s message if you never remember to say it. “The brain is structured to do what its always done,” says Ryan. “In the beginning, you need an extra reminder or two.” Try writing your mantra on a Post-it note, saving it as a reminder on your phone, or using it as the background on your laptop. Mantras are effective even when you don’t say them out loud. When researchers from Israel asked people to silently repeat the Hebrew word for the number one, they found that their subjects experienced a decrease in activity in multiple regions of the brain, including the area that’s associated with self-evaluation. Be kind to yourself You can tell yourself that you will move more, but on occasion, you won't. And that’s okay. “When you mess up, you have to show yourself some self-compassion,” says Ryan. Tell yourself that, while you might have chosen to binge-watch Netflix all day today, you won’t choose to do so tomorrow. Or, to put another way: “Don’t turn goof-ups into give-ups,” she says. And as Wei says, “Every day is a new day and that’s all that matters. There’s no judgment or competition. It should feel right to you.” Source: https://www.weightwatchers.com/uk/article/create-healthy-habits-mantra-power If you want to have your own mantra voice audio you can go to : https://tupropiomantra.blogspot.com/2021/04/te-creamos-tu-propio-mantra-con-tu-voz.html

  7. As long as you continue to be enslaved by the demands of the physical body, you will continue to have problems, a lot of problems! Why are you attached to the body? Just because you chose to make it that way. Meditation is not magical at all, it is the natural process to discard the attachment to the body and transfer your consciousness to the spiritual side of your nature. We meditate not only for the peace, joy, and happiness it provides but also to free ourselves from the limitations of the material world. The body is a remarkable machinery, it works for decades, however, it is also a nest of problems: heat and cold, disease, weakness and pain are always haunting us; the doctor, like a mechanic who repairs cars, has to repair our body. But the real control of the body is in the astral world. In many chronic diseases the doctor does not know of an effective cure, because no problem of karmic origin, deeply rooted in the astral world can be cured only physically; healing consists in applying the subtle flow of life energy consciously in the astral body, from the astral plane. When the light in your house goes out you have to check the wire from the electrical outlet, if you find something wrong there, the whole house will be in darkness because the electrical system is out of operation. It is the same with chronic diseases, you have to repair what is failing from the connection, the contact with the fuse-astral body from which the energy comes. When modern science discovers how to delve into the subtle electromagnetic makeup of man, it will be possible to correct most health disorders in ways that seem miraculous to us today. In the future, health will be dominated more and more by the use of various types of rays of the light from which we are made. Not the ordinary coarse light, but the spiritualized and fine light of Prana, the intelligent energy of life. This light is the real essence of everything, this earth is not the "earth" that you see; it is LIGHT, but you cannot perceive it, this will happen when you know the astral world that lies behind it. ... 8. @Flyboy WEAre The Light [500] – LOVE This level is categorized by love that is very close to being unconditional, unchanging, and permanent. It does not fluctuate nor does it depend on external factors. Love is a state of being. It is a forgiving, nurturing, and a supportive way of relating to the world. It is not intellectual and does not come from the human mind. Love radiates from the heart Chakra. It has the capacity to life others and accomplishes great feats because of its purity of motive. At this level of consciousness, the capacity to discern essence becomes predominant. The core of an issue becomes the center of focus. As reason is bypassed, there arises the capacity for instantaneous recognition of the totality of a problem. Reason only deals with particulars, whereas Love deals with entireties. This ability, often called intuition, is the capacity for instantaneous understanding without resorting to sequential symbol processing. There is a major paradigm shift in those things, which seemed real, which now seem unreal and vice versa. This level opens to door to benevolence, mercy, and Forgiveness through understanding and nonjudgmental. Only 4% of the entire population of the earth attains this level. Because of the dominating power of light over darkness, one individual at this level counterbalances 750,000 people below the 200 levels. This is the level at which spirituality starts, since below this, individuals are still caught up in the linear world. Also the level of a songbird’s song, cat’s purr, and a dog’s wagging tail.
