@Gregory1 Noone owns their partner, you're right about that, but people tend to naturally develop emotional bonds as they get more intimate. People should have their autonomy, but at the same time it sucks when someone you love has sex with someone else. Humans tend to be naturally possesive.

@Tangerinedream The title of the video is "Why men cheat", not "What types of men don't cheat". Leo answered that question perfectly, it's because most men want variety of hot women. It's the basic biological programming of men. Now, that doesn't mean men have to act upon it, we can choose to stay in a monogamous relationship, but that's not our default state. If given the choice, most men would prefer harem of hot women over just one girl. That's facts. Just think about it, majority of porn consumers are men, doesn't that tell you something?

BJJ takes a lot of time to learn though, so unless you're really good, there's no guarantee you'll be able to keep the guy on the ground, especially if he's heavy. If you get even moderately good at boxing though, you are basically guaranteed to win any fight against a regular dude, since most people can't punch to save their life. And If you get really really good at boxing, you'll knock out most people under a minute, even some MMA fighters.

Here's the simple equation: the more time you spend doing important shit = the less time you have for doing bullshit, including watching porn excessively. You need to take control of your mind and focus. You shouldn't focus on not doing something, you should focus on what you should do, and why are you doing it.
