hi, i took a bit of mushrooms and they showed me a 'chord' that is connected to my heart which is parasitic, instilling negative self-judgement and draining emotional energy. it is from a previous long friendship with a parasite friend. any ideas how to sever that ? what can i work with? my focus feels too weak to do it myself at the moment.
