  1. It's pretty accurate for up to +24 hours. I used it, and I still do, while sailing, simply for the forecast. I'm not sure how accurate it is globally though, only tested Europe and Morocco/Canaries area so far.
  2. Richard Feynman, Tommy Hilfiger, Freddie Mercury ?
  3. That's basically often the case. Not every bottled water is the same. Thus the price range. This is actually information so easy to find that I'm not gonna go into that. Is it always different? Probably not, I'm not saying that it's got exactly the same anion/cation/molecule composition, but the differences are often very minor. And that composition is where the water's taste comes from. I'm getting some major insights how modern marketing affects people, lmao. Yeah, after moving to the UK, tap water first tasted like a rusty nail. It's affected a lot by the actual water line, how old your pipes are etc., and to the smaller extent by coagulation and flocculation. Everybody is, sadly, not always right. Quite simple to notice. Thankfully there is some minority, that actually knows its shit and takes care that others don't kill themselves. And yes, there are people doing tests as such. That's often exactly what you need, and it's not the case of bottled water, but a lot of different things in life. Surprised to see such a statement on a self development forum. Not much to add really. Wow what a cringe test.
  4. No it's not. Glacial ice and water is formed by very different processes than rainwater is. And it's nowhere near distilled water's composition. It's also not exactly a matter of where it evaporated, but rather where it participated. Also not. Maybe in India that's the case, so I'm not gonna argue on that one. Like I mentioned previously it's a matter of where you live.
  5. It very much depends on where you live. A lot of tap water in the world is no different than the one you buy in a bottle. Unwanted stuff eg. chlorine? Could you elaborate, because the above doesn't make any sense. If you were to hydrate yourself only with a distilled water, you'd have a really bad time. No, it's neither pure, nor distilled. Drinking rain water in polluted areas so, yes, like India or US, may do you a very serious harm. In addition, rain water is mainly evaporated and diluted sea water (easy to see comparing the chemical compositions). It's also slightly acidic, if you've got any gut problems or acid reflux issues - please don't. Yes, it is safe, as long as your area isn't polluted, it didn't touch any buildings, or plants on its way down. Is it worth the effort though? Your choice, most of the areas are too polluted to consider it anyway. Also please don't take anything you read on this forum, or in the internet, for granted. This very topic is a great example how misinformed some can be, and how they don't mind pushing this misinformation further.
  6. Raw leafy greens like kale, rocket, spinach, beet greens, endive, different lettuces etc...I don't know man, it's like some supernatural boost after eating these. Also salmon.
  7. Mine is pretty simple, but it took me some time until I found the routine that works for me, basically: 1. First thing after waking up - laughing meditation, just gonna cite the book: That one was a real game changer 2. Quick silent, sitting meditation, around 10-15 minutes, just to get me settled. I do longer session in the evening. 3. A couple of exercises from the LP course, some of them we were told to repeat for 30 days in a row, but they're working so great that I simply continue. 4. Get my breakfast, some proper hydration, and supplements I'm taking - basically ZMA and D3, on training days some multivitamin as well. 5. Brush my teeth, wash my face, get some moisturiser or UV protection on and continue with my day, the rest depends on if I've got some uni classes or if I feel like doing some work with my company. Having a constant routine for the first time is doing me wonders
  8. It's more about knowing the amounts you're eating, it could help you stick better to your daily caloric needs but its obviously 100% your choice Yikes! May I know where are you from? Anything Scandinavian? Just curious. That makes sense, it's also worth noting that meat proteins and vege proteins are digested differently and they might have different effects, but since you're doing calisthenics only ,I believe you are just fine. Keep that up, well done with your diet PB is extremely fat and caloric dense, I suppose that's the main reason .
  9. Hey mate, sure ditch this, that's like 4 teaspoons/100 gram. You are already doing a good job eating 4-5 meals a day. Have you tried tracking your macros for at least a week? Might be a good idea. Also definitely try to chop in some veggies every meal. If you're trying to burn excess bodyfat and build lean muscle, you can try to arrange your last meal of a day to contain no carbohydrates (for ex. 50g of almonds & scoop of protein powder). I don't know how you look, how much you weigh, or how tall you are and what your goals are but ideally try to hit 1.8-2 proteins/kg of body weight (I tried SO MANY combinations and that one works the best, but I suppose that might be individual), and divide these through every meal of the day, so for ex. if your goal protein intake is 150g, with 5 meals a day, put 30g in each meal. And don't be afraid of wholemeal carbs, I can see that you do a lot of keto stuff, unless you're on a keto diet, carbs won't harm you in any way, as long as they're coming from good sources. Great that you're supplementing vit. D3, 5kIU daily is quite high though and it might lead to some other problems like elevated calcium levels and more. Everything is good but in moderation, if you're hyper-active person, I suppose 4-5k might work for you, otherwise I'd rethink that, or test your blood levels.
  10. I specifically didn't mention it. Knowing what it is could possibly bias any opinion, just like it probably did for me. On the other hand, after my yesterday's meditation session answer came up effortlessly. I suppose writing on forums really does help ?. Crazy world we live in. Now I only have to brush up all the details. Thanks ✌️
  11. Hello everybody, I'm looking to get some help with my outcome from the LP course, or simply a fresh look on it. After finishing all that, there is only one thing stuck in my mind since the exercise #1 ($$$ question and visualisation exercise). That one particular thing isn't toxic, it's 100% positively motivated BUT it would not benefit probably anybody? (it's very hard to determine what could be a long or short term outcome for anybody, me included, if any) and I know I can accomplish that in the next 6-8 years. Can I treat it as my life purpose? Should I? I have literally no clue as to what I would like to happen after that ends, especially that possibilities are endless, but I am certain that I want to do this. I'm not trying to get in my own way, but should I continue to look for the LP or accept that one desire and go with it? It's not a matter of a great preparation or a question if I can do that or not. I know I can start doing that tomorrow, and I know I will accomplish what I want. I also don't think it will strongly benefit me in the future (it certainly would let me learn a lot about myself but it's got no clear outcomes or benefits), but it also might change my life forever. Probably depending on many things. If I wouldn't decide on pursuing that thing, I planned on continuing my education on PhD level, which, on the other hand, would probably benefit me, others, and give me some great career prospects. I am currently majoring in Oceanography on a great university and I find myself truly passionate about it, I also put a lot of effort in my studies, but then again I love doing that. I purposely didn't mention what that thing is. I would appreciate any insights you could give me. Thanks!
