  1. Are you familiar with confirmation bias? You’re a bird too. chirp chirp chirp *flies away and is immediately zapped by a power line*
  2. It's fairy tales all the way down. Buddha and subsequent Zen teachers pointed to the mind as source of all, and reflected on the need to detach from driving it. And that peace comes when your equilibrium is the same whether you're on the peak of joy or the valleys of hell. Being ok with not being ok. Nirvana. I agree w/you. Pure faith. Pure, present awareness. Not focusing on feelings and what they mean to you. Or he meant it was maybe all suffering, all the time. Deal with it. LOL
  3. You're happiness and all of the other stuff =/= you're the source of it and no one else. To be happiness is to be fully immersed in the experience of it. No room for anything else in the subjective field. I agree that it's one of the most enjoyable and important places to spend time... But it's not more important than anything imo. Diversity is very important to growth and experience. And there's no escaping it. Even as a solipsist thinking all is you... The feelings and emotions arise in their own way on their own time given the circumstances you provide. - - - If you want happiness all the time... * plays training montage * You've gotta do the work to arrive there and have the mindfulness to stay. Now... What about being happy to feel any kind of way at all? That's real gratitude and peace. And happy all of the time.
  4. Leo's cognition and experience don't carry much weight over here (in our conversation). I asked you! And I've been through the gambit of psych's already. And experiencing solipsistic awareness. From both a terrifying and beautiful perspective. I just don't value intellectual ruminations on the nature of self/other anymore. Especially when even the most profound insight is just a rehashing of everything you know put through the filter of kaleidoscopic awareness and unconscious, wishful thinking. Resulting in... Feelings. I'm really just here to explore. There's nothing to be gained from these self given identities and reality ruminations besides alienation, further ideation and tail chasing. Oh and a hint of ego stroking. Realizing you're God and all that is... Only to turn around and try to convince projections of yourself that this is the case... Is a bit deranged. It's hypocritical and directly invalidates your claims. It's like talking to the voice in your head and trying to change it's opinion... Circular arguments. Poof. Personally, I just think it's dishonest. Yes, personally.
  5. Why you talking to yourself though? Who you trying to convince? (Do you see what I'm getting at?)
  6. What is the product of everyone operating at 100%? No darkness? And how about when you bring two candles together, creating one stronger and larger flame? These are pretty relevant to the topic and arguably good to have insight on. Fairly opposed examples... But there has gotta something there.
  7. But is the lightbulb the entire house it's connected to? Given the nature of this experience, I think it's a fair question. Yes, one is all, but what about my safe space bubble? My identity? Back off?
  8. I guess I didn't really have anything productive to say... So I will say this. Nice work bro. Sounds sick. #respect (Don't wake up me)
  9. I'm with this. Rediscovering new life/intuited messages in songs you've listened to a million times or one time is always such a great feeling. It's my favorite aspect of music these days. It's really hard for me to articulate the spiritual-esk insight that arises, but suffice to say, it seems very natural and beautiful. Yeeee haaaa to that song you shared. It's hitting me in the feels and bringing out some relevant insight. ugh Note - A fun mis-experience of what you've described is when you see these messages in ordinary conversation and passing interactions. Drove me a little insane at first. Here's one for passers by:
  10. Completely fallacious statement. You need to reflect on how your algorithmic life brought you to this belief. Now, I only said that because I wanted to. Very special.
  11. You ( ) blew the mind (doubt) away with this one and replaced it with more mind (joy). Agreed. Thank youuuuu
  12. @Leo Gura Really happy for you man. Sounds like you've got the confidence to play this role. Fingers crossed your legacy isn't that of some drug riddled pseudo-philosopher from the innerwebs driving individuals to his paid programs. But instead, THE Avatar AND embodiment of the endless, limitless consciousness that is the God of all things sentient and immaterial. All things beyond beyond-ness. Driving people to seek within. Cheers.
  13. @Holykael OP, I think about thinking sometimes.
  14. Have you checked out reports on Erowid? https://www.erowid.org/plants/salvia/salvia.shtml
  15. What’s the most common benefits people walk away from a retreat like that with? Is there a secret goal people tend to have? Like a peak experience, a life change, etc.?
  16. Wow, you’ve got a powerful imagination. Grats!
  17. Commenting on God is really odd. It’s a subjective term used to characterize the absolute. How can something that is absolute be held subjectively? Is that just one characteristic of absolutism?
  18. I don’t think the people commenting here have ever trained? A lot of learning happens on the bag, through instruction or repetition. You can learn the basics of striking, body control, momentum, mechanics, etc. and practice them all… Solo, with YouTube and a bag or even just thin air. You’re not going to develop a fighters toughness or response times, but you’ll know your body and how to use it.
  19. I had a hard time coming around after that guy killed himself after going deep on 5-MeO. Drugs are pedaled around here with zero moderation by teens and college aged young adults and it’s wholly irresponsible. But that’s freedom I guess. Free speech = 1st question “Can someone help me with enlightenment?” Response ”go smoke 5-MeO DMT or you won’t know shit”
  20. This is an interesting dichotomy to me. On one hand, there is absolutely no room for intellect if you’re awakened to absolute unity and presence. It just simply doesn’t get used or thought of because you’re always in flow. On the other hand, there’s no such thing as awakening without intellect. The concept of awakening is an entirely intellectual experience and pathway to self knowledge. Even the insights and epiphanies that ultimately shut you up is “instantly” intellectually delivered. Everything you’ve ever experienced or done was likely processed with intellect. Denying that to me is just ignorance or willfully lying about it because it’s natural to process experience with the mind. That being said, your post-awakened self is not driven by the intellect. Or at least is done in a more indirect way. I’d argue that once awakening happens, you’re finally free to start winding down the overused and abused intellect. But not before.
  21. This is such a childish and gate keeping thing to say. It’s the ultimate cop-out for “If it doesn’t fit with my ideas, it’s wrong… But I don’t have a better answer.”
  22. One does not simply become God. One is God. Unity is permanent and separation is an illusion. No matter where you find yourself in the journey of becoming and unbecoming within this dream, you’re still what you are.
  23. This is useless and circular. “has nothing to do with” ”yet is contained within” Being contained within means it is part of. Science is just another aspect of the infinite which is used to describe and articulate itself. Biased scientific thinking limits possibility, science itself does not.
