  1. @MellowEd Well, the Lord has clearly cursed me to not have any. 😁
  2. What do you mean by traveling? To go and live there for years and be exposed to different cultures?
  3. @Merkabah Star People tend to focus on the injustices they have experienced or know and misunderstand the current situation. Israel is the powerful one here; it believes otherwise, which is problematic. People confuse being compassionate towards people who have seen people die or were wounded as a way to determine who is on the wrong side. I mean, it's easy to be against people who harm the ones we identify with.
  4. Imo, it's a bit like physical attraction. But I think they don't know that, and they think that everyone feels that way. I can tell this by not having a national identity. Most of them won't admit that it's just a feeling added to the stories that they have filled their minds with. But few can, which is still difficult.
  5. @Something Funny I can certainly say that if you have a national identity, then you'll feel that you need to defend your country.
  6. @Vrubel Do you think people here don't care about the Israelis pov? Also, do you think you care about Palestinians pov? People here, just like you, believe that they see through. They think you're so biased that you can't see beyond your perspective. Do you think that only you, as an Israeli, can understand this situation correctly and/or without being biased? (I'll stop, as I don't want you to think I'm targeting you, and you don't have to answer if you don't want to)
  7. Got it. But you do have to expect that others will feel the same way about you. The proof is that people here are shocked by your perspectives, just like you, which doesn't mean they are correct or incorrect.
  8. Watch non-American news then. Do you watch that kind of news to justify your perspective about Americans and also about the war when they don't agree with you? (I'm not trying to trap you in any way, just asking)
  9. That's not exclusive to Americans. You judge them as an outsider and they judge you as an outsider.
  10. The opposite side probably thinks the same. Can't they also act out?
  11. I think people don't understand what means a lot and a few. 😁 If either one of them says that some killings are justified, then he or she will be seen as a monster among them, as if they don't justify killings.
  12. πŸ˜‚ A joke about a joke about a joke ... ♾️ πŸ€“ Nerds finding each other talking about infinity. Funny. 🀣
  13. @Someone here Well, the coordinate system is already infinite. You just have to zoom in. 😁
  14. @Someone here Is the maturity at -Ο€/2, 0 or Ο€/2 if f(x) = sin(x)?
  15. @Danioover9000 Don't worry. He understood what I was saying.
  16. I would say people want to be in STEM because they are paid well. It happens in my country too. Why? Because people have dreams, whether they are right or wrong about them. So, they want to be more free, even though they'll suffer in STEM. Why? Because some people don't like traditionalistic life because of how much BS it is compared to other ways of living. Women face discrimination in non-STEM jobs as well. I would say more. Well, Sweden, not being a traditionalistic country, can give jobs that would be considered traditionalistic in other countries. I would say people there have more opportunities to discover what they want. As you said, it's about genetics.
  17. @Alexop So, are there no other (opposite) ideologies that can brainwash? If so, do you think other ideologies are relatively better? Or does Norway don't have them?
  18. @Alexop Do you think that removing the academic nurture/environmentalism ideology in Norway will lead to people entering professions based on competency rather than gender?
