Psychedelics are not narcotics. Although it's quite difficult to go through a psychedelic experience. It's insane. You wake up as if you're waking up for the first time. It's like pulling the rug out from under your feet. Most people would not be able to handle it.

Me too. Eyes open or closed, it didn't matter. I also experienced changes in my Auditory field. I was hearing sounds in new ways. Sensory field. I was feeling my body very intensely and thoroughly.

It's mesmerizing to witness the change of your whole physical reality. It's so total. I don't understand why and how psychedelics do that.

@Someone here, we are imagining others having a conscious experience separate from ours.

@Leo Gura, yes, I meditated for long periods. I know the physical pain that comes with it. There were times I was close to harming myself. Once I was about to lose my consciousness.

By now I'm aware of your health problems, which have caused suffering. But I didn't know that awakening itself caused you so much suffering.

@Leo Gura, they won't do that because they believe letting go of Christianity is the corruption. If you are indoctrinated from childhood, your chances of letting go of it as an adult are too low.

If you think Christianity is the way you ought to be, then don't be surprised when Christians insult you. We aren't talking about your interpretation of Christianity. That's the point that is being made here. You don't seem to get it. You should question why those typical Christians are the majority. But again, reading a spiritual text is really nothing, for example, if you are sick. Yes, it might be able to open your mind at best if it's direct and without BS. Although I think no one can really open people's minds like Leo does.
