  1. @Harikrishnan Thanks a lot for the resources. Should I trust any of the "SMART" Certified dentists & does it matter if they have "accreditation level none". Because there is a dentist in my city with that description. Should I just go for it and how much should I expect to pay for Amalgam removal.
  2. Ok thanks. Well I have been using "fluoride free mint king fisher toothpaste", is using this toothpaste instead of Colgate going to make my teeth worse or even decay. And is the levels of flouride in tap water not safe
  3. @Space That's mainstream complete B.S The people who invest properly in crypto we'll be next years millionaires, not the stock holders. You just have to know what your doing and know which coins to invest in. It's Not certain but the reward to risk is insanely good.
  4. Why is it you said that. Interested
  5. 1. " The counter - intuitive nature of life" - I will never forget this video. It's stands out as the most effective video I've seen that helped me shift my perspective to think more outside the box, and I think the general realization that life and achieving the results you want from life often works differently, or opposite to how you expect it to, is really useful and enlightening. - I love the use of clear examples of counter intuitiveness as well ... and I think this topic is still really deep and you probably only scratched the surface. - I love how you went in on so many topics, and i'd never thought about each topic in that "counter - intuitive" way before. 2. (Blog Post) " Requisite Variety" - I loved this blog video because it's about being solution oriented, but not always looking for the obvious solution. - This is important to me because I have always either got stuck addicted to trying to solve my problems with the same inefficient solution, or not even able to realise that there exist more creative solutions. - I think you should definitely go deeper or post more of this kind of stuff as it really hit the nail on the head for what I needed to hear, but didn't know I needed to hear.
  6. Ok guys. I just asked my mum who has told me that in our home the taps are not filtered. I always drink tap water. It's unlikely I'll be able to have filtered taps until I move out, as she wouldn't let me alter the home even if I paid for it. How bad of a problem is tap water? Also is it worth it for me to just buy bottled mineral water and are the typical water brands safe and does anyone have any good sources also cutting out tap water is gonna be very awkward. I need the kettle for green tea & coffee. Does boiling the water release all the bad stuff ? Sorry I'm pretty scientifically ignorant
  7. @Leo Gura The biggest challenge is "finding a qualified dentist". I'm not sure how I'm meant to know who's qualified and who isn't. If for instance the dentist at my local clinic is qualified, he's obviously going to think he is. I have no idea though.
  8. @Leo Gura you say that amalgam fillings definitely ruin cognition. But people on Redditt saying "even more mercury is released during the removal", and dentists say that it is completely safe. How come these dentists are wrong / ignorant about the issue ? and is their risks to getting amalgam fillings removed
  9. I have just found out I received amalgam mercury fillings in 2016. I have arranged a dentist appointment to get it removed and replaced with white fillings. Is there any risks and anything I should be aware of or tell the dentist (I've written a post on this if you want to reply there) I don't want to make it worse by doing it wrong
  10. @Opo No I'm not gonna chill until I've solved my problems. I'm not resting , no time to waste, I'm determined for a better life. Also I made this post for helpful advice, recommendations, tips.
  11. UPDATE GUYS : I have just been looking into heavy metal intoxification and it's affects and seeing Leo's perspective on how he struggled with it. I have just called my dentist and found out that I received an amalgam mercury filling in march 2016 > I am going to make a post on this for advice / tips on getting it removed and if anyone knows about the effects of mercury fillings. I understand that these problems are multifactorial, but perhaps this is one of the key factors, who knows.
  12. @LfcCharlie4 What shampoo did you get ? Also try getting flouride free toothpaste ( I use Kingfisher Mint toothpaste)
  13. COMPNAY NAME : Flumcamp.com from hVIVO (UK( I have applied to a thing call flu camp in the UK, attracted by the large financial compensation given as I could really do with some extra funds to bootstrap me and move my life forward. I will be give flu shots for research and have to quarantine for 10-18 days, receiving up to £4000 ($5300) in return. However I also struggle with chronic insomnia, Energy issues ect... Which I believe may be due to heavy metal toxification and I am cautious of Flu shots and the potential harm they could cause and so I am posting to ask if these kind of trials and flu shots are safe and if anyone knows about this company.
  14. @Dryas But how the hell do you even know that's true.. Perhaps a lot more have to die due to the restrictions and economy rather than if it was plaid out that way
  15. Does TOBACCO contain heavy metals that get easily absorbed in the body ?? I currently still smoke sometimes
  16. @Dryas so what do people think about the idea of herd immunity ? Is their any validity to that ? Also ... wouldn't it make sense then to just quarantine the old & vulnerable and let the young gain herd immunity
  17. @Leo Gura You say people die from covid "something like 1 to 3% " but that's a vague estimation and shows you don't actually know the figures. Don't get me wrong, I'm no expert either, but i'm pretty convinced that the figures are very very low for healthy and younger individuals. and Overall less than 0.5% There is a big issue with labelling covid 19 as the cause of death when someone actually died due to other causes, yet was tested positive for covid 19. And further still, the issue with the unreliable PCR test giving many false positives which can't be trusted. I am open minded to differing opinions but 1 to 3% mortality rate based on what i've seen is absolutely absurd. For Healthy & not old induvial the mortality rate is probably close to 0. P.s : I am open to being wrong about this > just please give me something more convincing than a Biased John Hopkins study, CNN news or just vague "it kills 3%"
  18. @datamonster That doesn't really answer my question. The quick money is good enough to be "bored, uncomfortable etc" .. for 2 weeks, i'd plan to be productive on my laptop in that time anyway. But I will accept no amount of money if it has significant health risk
  19. @Leo Gura Please please if you have time read my post on insomnia ... Do you think heavy metal poisoning could be correlated to insomnia. Insomnia that doesn't go away even when I eat healthy, exercise, mediate.
  20. @aurum " Were you ever punished for sleeping as a child? Or felt like you weren't allow to sleep when you were younger for some reason? Outside of the insomnia I mean." That's an interesting question, and what made you ask that. umm Kinda ... When I was around 9-11 my dad used to wake me up really early like 6am & force me out of bed to do athletics. It wasn't every day but about 2 days a week for several months I mean I was never "punished", but obviously I was forced to wake up earlier than I wanted to go to school and sometimes for athletics or soccer.
  21. @robinmk4l Loving your response. I will gave that a go for sure. My only issue though is sometimes I can fall a sleep, but then I prematurely wake up around 4/5AM & then can't fall back to sleep & I'm tired all day as I only got 4-5 Hours. And this can happen even if I have no anxiety in a fine mood etc.. I wish there was a more simple and obvious correlation ("I have anxiety, PTSD ....") cause then I could work with that and selectively zoom in on that 1 problem. I guess I'm just going to have to try solutions from every angle, hope that 1 works or at least helps, maybe get a sleep journal.
  22. Hey Guys. Thank you so much for the Tips and support ... I am just looking in to all your responses now. UPDATE : I currently seem to be fluctuating between OK/acceptable quality sleep (about 7 Hours+) every day & then not ok sleep the next day (E.g I typically will sleep ok on day 1, then only sleep 5 hours the next day, waking up prematurely around 5AM this is the current typical pattern). I am going to try and PUSH for a solution ... I really don't want this shit anymore. I can't take it. Conclusion : I will try melatonin and looking in to the other responses. I will also get an MRI scan if I can. It just seems like Mri would be mysterious and hard to do maybe not, but health care systems are always "busy", I feel like i'll never get appointments. Also I drink caffiene most days, sometimes with coffee sometimes just tea or geen tea. But I never drink after half 11. I eat dark chocolate every morning and normally have some coffee or tea about 9-11:30 And sometimes I sleep fine with caffiene and can't sleep even without caffiene. But they say caffiene effects you for "9 Hours" ... Could it be that I just should consume NO CAFFIENE ever, even dark chocolate, because maybe it effects me for a lot longer ? As for "PTSD" > I'm really not sure if I qualify or not. I was Beet up fairly badly last year, but the doctor said after that I had no serious physical conditions. I also had a "traumatic experience" on LSD at a festival 2.5 years ago. It was a very very bad dark trip with intense anxiety that felt like it lasted a longg time. Again I doubt that this qualifies. @Ananta You say you "had insomnia for 15 years" > Do you mean that you just suffered for 15 years and it ruined your life ... or that you had it but the prescription solved the problem so you were still happy and functional ? Do Presciption drugs for insomnia usually have bad side effects ? And thank you .. i'll try melatonin Also does anyone think CBD could be a viable solution ? (It's quite expensive and hard to access in my country, but i've heard good things) I've heard leo talk about heavy metal detox. Maybe that could be a reason ? (In august - september I was eating tinned tuna every day, i've stopped now but maybe that didn't help) I just hope it's not a sever neurological problem, I see no reason to live if this is true. I will probably commit suicide if I find out I have a sever brain problem
  23. @Leo Gura I'm very intrigued by nootropics and have tried them on and off. However I keep hearing that IQ is largely genetic and my IQ is below average and I have a language processing impairment Whenever I try to look in to nootropics I feel like its equivalent to trying to buy duck enlargement pills or "increase my height" : basically a dead end game. I'm not saying I'm right ^ I hope not but it just feels that way ; that inshould just accept my low iq deficient slow brain
