  1. Finding myself seems to be happening in the empty awareness but can find an entity that is finding itself. Yes How the word "I" can be responsible for the actions appearing in the awareness? No, I am doing all of the practices as well.
  2. hmm. Right Do you think there is an observer, knower, or witness? What if we let go of that thought as well? Ok Right Wao Ok Which part of me is the witness? Are you sure?
  3. Right. But what if the ego uses this as an excuse for its wrong actions? Is one allowed or Can one perform any bad actions and after the action can one just think that I am not responsible for that. Actions are just appearing? Sorry, what does that mean? Yes, "bad" action is a thought but how do we verify that this thought is true or false? Is it not blasphemous to think all kinds of actions (Good/evil) are done by God?
  4. We make plans for the future but we don't know if our plans are synced with Universal Future changes. And then according to universal changes when we fail in our plans then we suffer. Yes, I was saying from that perspective. Right Ok Right so in both cases If I become a saint or ruin my life through wrong/bad actions. It's just a game. If I am conscious that I am not this body-mind but God then there is no suffering during the downfalls of this game. But if I am un-conscious then I may suffer the downfalls. Right? I have a very noble image or concept of God in my mind and when I live my life through this perspective that I am God But when I do something bad then a thought arises that how a God can do this kind of bad action and then I get confused. What is your take on this? Ok, but is it right to take credit for all the good things I do, and when I do something wrong I just blame God that God is doing everything.
  5. Great. Thanks. Right. Ok. Yes, that's what I am trying to understand. Exactly? True OK Exactly. True After all my efforts I have reached to conclusion and can see that I do not have any free will. Things just happen and do not go according to my plans. So What is your exact specific answer for my initial main question? Thanks for the precious detailed information.
  6. You have to see it yourself. It can not be described through mind words.
  7. Thought itself. Creation requires a Creator is just a belief, concept, thought. I am Sorry actually I am not here to teach or promote any Idea. In fact, it's the opposite of that. I am here to learn & understand the same "No-Self" truth that I am trying to describe you. No one can describe or prove this Idea. The only way to this is to look yourself in your direct experience. The following website can help you to know and understand that fact: Website: https://www.liberationunleashed.com/ Forum: https://www.liberationunleashed.com/nation
  8. There is only that thought. There is no thinker of that thought. So it does not matter what actions a person performs in his life?
  9. ""I" am looking at a phone" is just a thought. ""I" am looking is also a thought. "I am" is also a thought. There is only "What is".
  10. I will surely watch this video. But according to my understanding. Yes, there can be consequences and suffering but there is no separate self, there is not a witness, experience, observer, or sufferer to suffer the consequences. Suffering knows itself. Everything is a witness of itself, there is not a separate experiencer who is experiencing the experiences. experiences are aware of themselves.
  11. But that awareness is not doing anything or not being responsible for doing anything. That awareness is just is. What is, is awareness/consciousness seems like world due to ignorance. No one is doing anything. Everything is just happening itself. There is not any central point of consciousness who decides to do or not to do anything. According to this understanding, I should just try to do and attain good & disciplined life but in the end, if I face any failure I should not have any regret full thoughts or should not believe in these kinds of thoughts that can cause suffering because this universe, this world, my body are not salve of my mind. everything has to do their own thing and the mind can blame or take credit for these actions but can not control anything. Right?
  12. So that means there should not be any regret full thoughts to illusory separate self for those actions because it's all done by the Whole Self/Awareness? Here by "you" do you mean consciousness/awareness?
  13. As a seeming bubble in flowing river water do you want me to keep pushing myself in the opposite direction of the river flowing and spend my whole life in the suffering of failure of not able able to go into the opposite direction of the river?
  14. Very True. How do I get rid of suffering stemming from falling in making my life disciplined, virtuous, good? I spent my half-life to make my life like a saint, virtuous, good, disciplined but in the end, I always failed and now I have started to realize and feel like that I do not have any control and through spiritual seeking and by digging deeper I am learning, understanding & realizing that I do not have any choice because I do not exist as a separate self. That's why I am having a lot of confusion & questions. So on this forum, I am just trying to know the perspective of other successfully realized Selves. What do you guys think about this matter? Should I just keep trying as an illusory separate self and keep failing and keep suffering due to that? Or is there any way to go beyond this suffering?
  15. But what I have realized & heard & learned is that the existence of ego is just an illusion, in reality, the ego does not exist and the ego does not have the power to make choices because the ego is a bundle of thoughts and thoughts can not make their own choices. So, in reality, from an absolute perspective, there is no good & bad? Then who is alive other than the absolute? According to my realization, there is only one Life. Absolute is the only one who is alive. How "I" as an ego can do these deeds? How a bundle of thoughts can perform deeds itself? But I am not able to find myself or my ego in my direct experience. How a bubble in a flowing river water can go into its own chosen direction and then reap the benefits? No matter how much a bubble tries to go into its own chosen direction, after all, it will fail will have to go with the flow of the river. Am I not a bubble in a flowing river? What if we let go of our ego and surrender to the flow? It will reduce the suffering of the bubble that is trying to go in the opposite direction of the river.
  16. Is my illusory separate self responsible for the actions (good/bad) performed by my body or is my Whole Self/awareness responsible for the actions (good/bad) performed by my body?
  17. @VeganAwake Hi VeganAwake! I hope you are doing well. Can you please help me to understand the No-Self by answering the question I posted in my 1st post & provide me your perspective on this matter? Waiting for your response. Thanks
  18. Then why I can not find myself in my direct experience?
  19. Is the word "you" responsible for the actions arising my consciousness?
  20. Sorry, I do not understand what you mean. I am sorry still not able to understand what you are pointing toward. I do not think that the Absolute doing everything. I am trying to learn & understand and realize the truth. I have always used to think that I am responsible for everything I do but now when I am going through all of the self inquiries, contemplations, readings, meditations, etc I am getting confused day by day and there are a lot of questions arising in this process. That thread is one of those questions. I am not teaching or telling something. I am asking for help to understand the concept of no separate self.
  21. I used to think that I do all kinds of actions. But according to non-duality teachings, there is not any separate "I". It's just an illusory belief. And that separate "I" is not responsible for anything because that "I" do not exist. Non Duality teaching says that there is only One Consciousness/Awareness/Life/God who is responsible for everything. There are just some judgmental thoughts based on past memories that appear in the field of consciousness labeling things good and bad. The experience itself experiencing all of the experience.
  22. I can see the hand moving but can not find an "I" who is moving the hand. Yes, no one is pulling the strings behind the curtain. I can not find any ego. How can I be responsible for the wrong actions when "I" does not exist? I am not sure which teachings you are pointing to. But what I have known till now is that "I" or "Me" is just a belief/story. There is not a separate entity in the body.
  23. How is it possible to take personal responsibility when there is not a separate personal self "I"?
