@ThePoint i do not know for sure, but i think that it is because of why they got rich in the first place. i think that to become rich you have to have a big impact on the world. adding a lot of value and having mastery in something. so it is really about the skill that you develop. for example if you are a musician than it is the skill of making good music that people love, as well as skills in marketing, sales, business and money management. it is the same thing as saying why do conscious sages keep getting more conscious, well they have mastered meditation or yoga or whatever technique. or saying why pick up artist keep getting better at picking up women, well they have mastered the art of picking up girls and attraction. fundamentally it is about finding something you enjoy doing and keep doing it until you become really good at it, it applies also to making money or investing, etc... there is a million different way to make money

«to become wise study the consequences of fools» let 's make a list of the most foolish behavior that we can find out there so that we can see how foolishness manifest itself in real life and in people.

@Tyler Robinson i am not judging, i am acknowledging a fact. of course a fool is a fool because of his circumstances, genetics, etc... this does not mean he is not a fool though, foolishness is a systemic issue, we are not blaming anybody here, we are just seeing what is. but i do appreciate your empathetic, heart centered point of view nonetheless

raskolnikov from the book "crime and punishment" is a great example of foolish behavior. stage orange regressing to red or stage orange cognitive development with stage red moral development. it is hard to say which one because when he committed his crimes he was in a really bad situation, poverty, mental health issues, etc... i would tend to go with the stage orange regressing to red because of his conditions. great book btw, i recommend it

christopher mccandless from "into the wild" i consider him to be a stage green fool he basically rejects society and go out hitchhiking across the united states but ends up dead within a few years from poisoning. when i was stage green i used to admire this kind of behavior but then when you get to yellow, you realize how irresponsible and foolish it is. btw do not fall into the trap of the pre\trans fallacy. this guy is clearly post conventional on the susanne cook greuter model. do not include christopher mccandless and stage red criminals (like the ones that i mentioned in the first example of soft white underbelly) in the same category. but this shows you how foolishness happens at post conventional. in a lot of ways his philosophy has wisdom in it, but since he fails to integrate why society, money, careers, etc... exists, he does not understand their function, and because of that he ended up dead. great movie btw, i highly recommend it.

this whole channel called "soft white underbelly" is a gold mine for finding fools. it is basically a stage green guy "mark laita'" interviewing stage red fools.

not just religious folks but even some of stage orange like self help gurus and some stage green people seem to be against it. i mean i got it, it can be addictive blablabla but is it enough of a good argument ?

i mean when you start doing it, you realize how real it is, you start having insights, become more aware, self reflective, etc... so my point is if something is so real why is it not mainstream, i mean sure it takes months and years to start seeing the fruits of the work but same thing with going to the gym and bodybuilding yet bodybuilding is mainstream, so i was wondering about that

hey leo, i wanted to ask you if you could make a series on "How to make money?" sort of a similar one to the how to get laid series, i used to suck at attraction before this series and it helped me significantly improve, now i suck at making money so i thought that it would be helpful to get this series. and i think that it will help a lot of people as well since those 2 components (getting laid, and making money) are foundational in order to move to higher consciousness stuff, to go up maslow's hierarchy of needs basically. you got one of them covered but not the other. i'm not sure if you cover it in the life purpose course since i haven't took it yet, but would love to hear your opinion on this

It would be interesting to compare and contrast how is pick up done at different stages of spiral dynamics for example stage red, orange, green and yellow. I wonder how would that look like. I need you guys to add examples of pick up artists at different stages as well as give me your opinions and analysis on this.
